Chipping hammer
Chipping hammers are lightweight, hand-held
concrete breakers that can be easily positioned to
break vertical and overhead surfaces. By offering a
controlled chipping action, these hammers allow
operators to precisely chip away only specific areas.
Steel wire brushes are a common and essential tool in
any metal fabrication shop. These brushes can
be used for a variety of applications, including weld
cleaning, deburring, rust and oxide removal, surface
preparation, and surface finishing.

Ball-peen hammer
A ball-peen or ball pein hammer, also known as a
machinist's hammer, is a type of peening hammer used
in metalworking. It has two heads, one flat and the
other, called the peen, rounded.
Pliers are a hand tool used to hold objects firmly,
possibly developed from tongs used to handle hot metal
in Bronze Age Europe. They are also useful for bending
and compressing a wide range of materials.
Files (Bastard Cut) are two-sided flat files featuring a single
bastard cut pattern as well as a rectangular tapered point for detail
work (Two square edges).
HEADSHIELD/HELMET. They are necessary to prevent
arc eye, a painful condition where the cornea is inflamed.
Welding helmets can also prevent retina burns, which can lead
to a loss of vision. Both conditions are caused by unprotected
exposure to the highly concentrated ultraviolet and infrared rays
emitted by the welding arc.

An apron should be worn in any situation where you wish to
protect your clothes from substances which may stain or
damage them. Welding without adequate protection will result
in serious burns. A full leather apron provides protection from
sparks, slag and heat and is a key component of a welder's
equipment.
Always wear proper gloves when welding or handling
recently welded material to protect yourself from
sparks, arc burns and the heat from the workpiece.
Safety goggles are intended to shield the
wearer's eyes from impact hazards such as
flying fragments, objects, large chips, and
particles. Goggles fit the face immediately
surrounding the eyes and form
a protective seal around the eyes. This
prevents objects from entering under or
around the goggles.
5. 5
Oxy-acetylene goggles provide a degree of eye
protection while some forms of welding and cutting are
being done. They are intended to protect the eyes not
only from the heat and optical radiation produced by the
welding, such as the intense ultraviolet light produced
by an electric arc, but also from sparks or debris.
A try square or try-square is a woodworking tool used
for marking and checking 90° angles on pieces of
wood. Though woodworkers use many different types
of square, the try square is considered one of the
essential tools for woodworking. The square in the
name refers to the 90° angle.
The steel square is a tool used in carpentry.
Carpenters use various tools to lay out structures that
are square, many of which are made of steel, but the
name steel square refers to a specific long-armed
square that has additional uses for measurement,
especially of various angles.
6. 6
Half round files have a flat profile and also a concave curved
surface, enabling both curved and flat filing. Available in three cut
courses, bastard, medium and smooth and ideal for use on metal,
wood and plastics.
A radius gauge, also known as a fillet gauge, is a tool used to
measure the radius of an object. Radius gauges require a bright
light behind the object to be measured. The gauge is placed
against the edge to be checked and any light leakage between the
blade and edge indicates a mismatch that requires correction.
AC and DC welding are forms of arc welding that use
different currents to produce an electric arc. ... The
electric arc provides heat to fuse the metals together. A
power supply is used to generate the arc, which can
either use an alternating current (AC) or a direct
current (DC).
7. 7
A welding positioner is a device that rotates around a
360° spin that allows a welder to stand in one position
and constantly work on a level surface. It adds comfort
for the welder who must perform on odd shaped parts,
such as tubular pipelines.
The electrode drying ovens are used mainly at
industrial sites where they are used to heat-treat
weldments or metallic parts by the welders and
fabricators.
It is a process that is used to cut steel and other metals
of different thickness using a torch.
8. 8
An angle grinder, also known as a
side grinder or disc grinder, is a handheld power tool
used for grinding (abrasive cutting) and polishing.
... Angle grinders typically have an adjustable guard
and a side-handle for two-handed operation.
Exhaust fans work by sucking hot or humid air out of a
small, localised area, allowing fresh air to enter from
elsewhere (perhaps a doorway or vent) in order to
replace it. The warm air that's drawn out using
an exhaust fan is then pulled through a ducting system
and expelled outside.
Power hacksaws are used to cut large sizes (sections) of
metals such as steel. ... The heavy 'arm' moves backwards and
forwards, cutting on the backwards stroke. The metal to be cut is
held in a machine vice which is an integral part of the base.
Turning the handle tightens or loosens the vice.
9. 9
An anvil is a metalworking tool consisting of a large
block of metal (usually forged or cast steel), with a
flattened top surface, upon which another object is
struck (or "worked").

Industrial fans and blowers stir up the air in enclosed
areas, replacing stale and contaminated air with fresh
air. They can be used in many cooling and drying
applications in many construction sites as well as at
gymnasiums where patrons become hot and sweaty.
11. 11
Metal Marker is a permanent marker pen for industrial
application. The marker writes on all kinds of surfaces
for e.g. wood, metal, plastic, porous & non-porous
surfaces.
A power saw is a portable mechanical machine used
for both industrial and DIY projects. It is the type
of power tool that comprises sturdy blades, chains,
wire, set of teeth, etc. It is basically used for the work
piece in large cuts. It can cut wood, plastic, metals,
concrete and other materials like tiles and bricks.
12. 12
These discs are often used for cutting metal; they are
composed of an abrasive mix of grit and adhesive that
is formed into a thin, rigid disc with fiber webbing
running through it for strength.
