Introduction
●
Research and innovation status of any country
determines its technical and scientific potentialities,
which reflect progress of that country in this ever
advancing world.
●
The country must aid the people or due organizations
in improving its progress by research and
development. In this scenario the education systems
as the organizations, and the teachers as the people
prompting innovation in students plays the prominent
role.
Firm basement at school level
Student as a child when he enters the school he is very curious
to learn the things. When he is going to school he is very
much believed in his teacher, and listens only to him. If we
say something in different to his teacher, he turns down us that
we are wrong, and his teacher didn't say like that. So, the
teacher should understand them in proper way and should
keep their curiosity alive forever... But this is hardly the case
with many states in India, and that also confined only to some
well-structured private schools or organisations in the states
but not any government schools maintain any such standards
between student and teachers
Suggested remedies
Maintaining good infrastructure with sufficient
funds from the Goverment
Selecting teachers by using some
psychological tests
Creating awareness in poor people about
importance of education and make them happy
or free to join their children in schools with sure
provision of some essential commodities.
Implementing Indirect-teaching method, which
requires keen observation of students rather
than blindly following some direct method
Indirect-teaching method:
This method of teaching enhances the thinking
of the students. As this involves understanding of
the students as a result of their keen observation, the
results can be easily remembered.
Eg: I(or you) go to school everyday.
We(or they) go to school everyday.
She(or he) goes to school everyday.
By proper touch with pronouns, the student should
be asked to differntiate the sentences... He would be
ably find that when v1 follows third person singular it
reforms with addition of 'es'.
Suggested remedies(continued)
Creating awareness of physcial world
●
World of fact is more ecstatic than world of fantasy. It
reflects the truth that many things that we perceive
as strange have very basic laws of physics governing
them.
●
Eg: The massive rocket with 11km/s speed entering
into a distant free space is governed by just a very
basic laws of mechanics know to all as Newton's
third law.
Principle: Newton's third law
An aurora is a natural light display in the sky, particularly in the polar
regions, caused by the collision of charged particles directed by the
Earth's magnetic field.

Intermediate as interface to Science &
Engineering
●
Intermediate education is intended for infusing the
students with basics of science and mathematics, which
together enable us to understand any thing in this
universe.
●
But in India the colleges are almost the places where the
youth can enjoys to their greatest extent. This perception
of youth should be changed. This can be done by
imposing some strict rules on educational status of the
students, and on handling of teachers.
Graduation with practicals' predominance
With proper understanding of intermediate subjects,
the graduation level should provide practical interface
to the theoretic understanding of students in their
respective core subjects.
For this the govt., provide well-equiped labs for
doing experiments.
Providing healthy environment for interactions
✔ No one can have comlete understanding of anything
based on his or her own perception. Discussions
should be made to enhance the understanding. This
is possible by providing good fecilities for conducting
seminar programmes, and interaction sessions.
