Enrolment Ratios (NER).

as a percentage of the population in the theoretical age group for that level of education.

We have to recruit a Meditation Teacher In each School .

Like Physics and Mathematics teacher we need a teacher who teaches CULTURE AND TRADITIONS OF THE
NATION , MORAL VALUES AND ETHICS .

There should be a Teacher who teaches PRINCIPLES AND LIFE STYLES OF GREAT PEOPLE .
Ex :- SWAMI VIVEKANANDA ,RABINDRANATH TAGORE , GANDHIJI .
Ø
Making Sports as a daily CURRICULUM in the school life . This can covers two teachings at the child age itself
1. TEAM SKILLS .
2. LEADERSHIP SKILLS .
Ø
Practical knowledge should be improved by Conducting plenty of Science Fairs in the School Level .
8. INORDER TO IMPLEMENT THE SOLUTION WE HAVE TO MAKE FOLLOWING CHANGES

Taking the access of the educational departments from the state government to
implement above changes .
Ø
The above factors should be added into the RTE ACT 2009 Compulsory .
REGARDING INFRASTRUCTURE :-
Government schools :-
Ø
Government has plenty of resources to implement the above factors .
Ø
Open air Education system is possible because most of government schools has the plenty of
grounds .
Ø
Still teaching facilities are lacking . So, we need to improve them .
Private schools :-
Ø
Private Schools are lacking in providing the Ground facility(sports) to the children .
Ø
In order to the open education factor they have to take a trip to the field for at least Twice a
month .
9. Challenges and mitigation factors :-
Ø
The government should increase the amount of education bill in the parliament .
Ø
For teaching the Moral values , Ethics and Principles of Great people We can take the help of
Social Services .
Ø
In private schools in case of lacking in providing outdoor games they have to provide Indoor
games and outdoor games should be kept at least once in a week .
Ø
Meditation and principles of the Swami Vivekananda are the mitigation factors .
