In the field of DCS modification and additional
loops
 up grading of DCS model RS3 to be DeltaV model with good
dealing with addressing graphics and configurations
 Modified the discharge system of RO unit in our site by installing
pressure control valve and connected to DCS with all assessors and
process graphics.
 Modified the discharge system of new receiving area in our site
by installing pressure control valve and connected to DCS with all
assessors and process graphics.
In the field of water flood injection pumps
 Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up for 5 National oil
well pumps with CAT Engine drive controlled by TTDJ fully
configurable fault enunciator (installation, maintenance and
trouble shooting).

weatherford pumps with CAT Engine drive controlled by TTDJ fully

In the field of disposal injection pumps
 Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up for one National
oil well pumps with Waukesha Engine drive controlled by TTDJ
fully configurable fault enunciator and ECU computerized control
system (installation, maintenance and trouble shooting).
In the field of HPS water flood pumps
 Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up for 21 pumps
driven by electric motor 800 HP controlled by soft starter panels.
In the field of flare front generator
 I made a design for flam front generator FFG to be used in qarun
s w area and installed with successfully test still working till now.
And I had been nominated from my Co. to be the distinguished
employee for year 2007 due to this contribution in developing the
positive side of work abilities in qarun co.
