 Monitoring for kiln parameters and solving for process
problems and making analysis for problem trends
 Commissioning for coal mill ,AFR equipment
 Adjust the kiln and raw mill parameters to achieve the required
Targets (include vibration analysis for raw mill or medium
voltage fans )
Take initiative and propose solutions for improvements conside-
ring use of new technologiesand equipment

2.  Promote and support optimal use of AFRs and petcoke with
impact studies on process, clinkerquality and emissions.
 Maintain manufacturing quality by equipment adjustment
basedon process input at the mimic and the quality analysis
from laboratory
 Organize the production technician
 Ensure all activities are done in safe condition
 Prepare down time reports
 Member of the commissioning team of NLSupervision for the
assemblyof AFR systemwith TSR of 15% including a
coalvertical milling system and HOTDISK systemfor
introducing of different types of waste fuels.

(get a point recognitionfor NLS production team for this
modification).
 Training for new engineers oncoalmill operations .
 Managing and planning of kiln area and VRM overhaul in
addition to material requirement estimationfor
