NAME OF THE BUSINESS
• The RicePreneur was developed by three individuals who wished to build a business based on their passion and
interest. The RicePreneur which means the word ‘’rice’’ as world most staple food of millions of people. The primary
source of energy and major consumption of consumers. The word ‘’preneur’’ comes from the ‘’Entrepreneur’’, which
is a person who organizes and operates a firm or business, taking on more than usual financial risks.
• Rice is the food major items in the consumption basket of consumers. That’s why rice is always demand in the
market. During the pandemic, people are required to stay at home to lessen the continuous spreading of Covid-19.
As a result, staying at home is where most of the people spend their lives. With the advantage of technology,
RicePreneur offers home delivery, as well as online ordering to sustain the needs of the customers and minimizing
their effort to go out or leaving the house.
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE LOGO
• The figure shows the logo of the business. When you look at this Logo you can see rice which is surrounded by a
circle of leaf and below indicate is the business name which is written in AKifont4.
• The Color Green and White are two colors that go together. Green is calming, peaceful, and energizing. Green is
also associated with hope, health, adventure and renewal, as well as self-control, compassion, and harmony.
Because green is closely associated with nature and energy, it is frequently used to represent and advertise “green”
products.
• The color white denotes a successful start. White represents faith and purity in heraldry. It has an affect on both
mind and the body by assisting in mental clarity, sentiments of new beginnings and regenerations, cleansing,
eliminating impediments and clutter, and fostering the purification of ideas and actions.
• Rice is a significant product in the Philippines and other countries, where people swear too eat it for breakfast,
lunch, and dinner. The phrase “Be nice, Better it with Rice” is the store’s cataphrase, and it emphasizes on better
product quality and being nice to customers.
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
• The rice came from a grass grain plant which is produced thus almost 95 percent of rice is eaten by millions of
people. Rice is cooked by boiling or it can be ground into flour. “Aroskaldo(lugaw)” is most widely known rice cooked
eaten by Filipinos. It is a kind of soup that is easy to prepare and mostly eaten in times of sick. Rice is always in high
demand because it is highly consumed food in most countries of the world.
• The RicePreneur is a rice business that provides best quality rice and offers affordable price that may customers
easily afford. The store offer variety of rice such as Ordinary, Masipag,7-toner and Rc 160. The product can be sold
through per kilo and per sack.
• The RicePreneur is located at Baranggay Kalawag 3 Pablaco Isulan, Sultan Kudarat. The store will be open at 7;00
in the morning until in 5;30 in the evening. Customers can contact the store by dialing 0916374544 for tm users and
091224747295 for smart users. The customer can also visit the official FB page of The RicePreneur and send some
private message or any concerns.
• The RicePreneur aims to be one of the biggest rice store in the city. Thus, they desire to achieve customers
satisfaction and establish a great relationship. They will ensure to give special care to the customers every time they
visit the store. They will ensure to act with honesty, fairness, and friendliness attitude when serving the customers.
MISSION AND VISION
MISSION
The RicePreneur aspire to set a standard rice store busiiness that will be able to produce the needs of
potential customers. As so, they dedicated to serve and offer them with best quality rice and great services. RicePreneur
aims to achieve their satisfactions and value their opinions or feedbacks against the store. To provide a sustainable
prices that they will easily afford.
VISION
The RicePreneur aspire to be successful and be one of the most trusted rice business in the industry. To
be well-known and to dominate in the Whole Region 12.
TYPES OF THE BUSINESS ORGANIZATION
The RicePreneur is a partnership business owned by three individuals. Partnership, based on the meaning of the word
partnership it composed of two or more people that will establish the company or products. A partnership business, by
definition, consists of two or more people who combined their resources to form a business and agree to share risks,
profits, and losses.

This figure shows the Distribution channel. It represents how the product can be sold by wholesaling and
retailing directly to the consumers.
OPERATION/PRODUCTION POLICY
The RicePreneur operational policies shows the framework information regarding service delivery and service
managements. It also includes the policy statements such as Production policy, Customer Service policy, workplace
policy, Employees Right Policy and Cleanliness policy.
PRODUCTION POLICY
 PAY what you order (Direct Selling)
 Check your Money/change before leaving the store.
 Cash on Delivery.
 Add fare for the delivery. The fair depends on how far the customers exact address.
 Delivery method is minimum of 5 sacks only. Below that, pick-up must do.
 Strictly follow delivery schedule( Monday & Thursday only)
 No rushing of order
 No cancellation of orders once it is confirmed.
 No Refund/exchange policy except it is damaged.
 Phone call/Online order allowed.
 The store allows reservation only for 2-3 days and with time of delivery schedule.
 The store cannot guarantee any missing products once the products leave the store.
 Allowing change variety of rice only, once the product is at the store.
 The store gives an official receipt once the products are the hands of the customers, showing proof of purchase.
 WHOLESALE MINIMUM OF 12 SACKS
 FREE DELIVERY MINIMUM 15 SACKS / AROUND ISULAN AREA ONLY.
 We do shipping Nationwide via J&T, LBC and JRS (NO FREE SHIPPING / no minimum.
 RICE INSTALMENT 15 DAYS TO PAY ( min. 25 kilos )
 5% INTEREST FOR LATE PAYMENT ( everyday )
CUSTOMERS SERVICE POLICY
 The store allows to change the product once it sees the damage of delivering it to the customers and proof of
purchase.
 Customers can contact the store hotline #09168374544 for any complaints and feedbacks.
WORKPLACE POLICY
 Business operation starts at 6:00 am in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon.
 The store will have a day-off every Sunday.
 No using of gadgets/cellphones during working hours.
 Absence without letter or informing the owner is strictly prohibited.
EMPLOYEES/RIGHTS POLICY
 No overtime.
 Sick leave is allowed only, when there’s a proof or emergency.
 Don’t be late.
 Handle the customers with smile.
 Entertain them well.

 Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at all times.

  • 2. NAME OF THE BUSINESS • The RicePreneur was developed by three individuals who wished to build a business based on their passion and interest. The RicePreneur which means the word ‘’rice’’ as world most staple food of millions of people. The primary source of energy and major consumption of consumers. The word ‘’preneur’’ comes from the ‘’Entrepreneur’’, which is a person who organizes and operates a firm or business, taking on more than usual financial risks. • Rice is the food major items in the consumption basket of consumers. That’s why rice is always demand in the market. During the pandemic, people are required to stay at home to lessen the continuous spreading of Covid-19. As a result, staying at home is where most of the people spend their lives. With the advantage of technology, RicePreneur offers home delivery, as well as online ordering to sustain the needs of the customers and minimizing their effort to go out or leaving the house. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE LOGO • The figure shows the logo of the business. When you look at this Logo you can see rice which is surrounded by a circle of leaf and below indicate is the business name which is written in AKifont4. • The Color Green and White are two colors that go together. Green is calming, peaceful, and energizing. Green is also associated with hope, health, adventure and renewal, as well as self-control, compassion, and harmony. Because green is closely associated with nature and energy, it is frequently used to represent and advertise “green” products. • The color white denotes a successful start. White represents faith and purity in heraldry. It has an affect on both mind and the body by assisting in mental clarity, sentiments of new beginnings and regenerations, cleansing, eliminating impediments and clutter, and fostering the purification of ideas and actions. • Rice is a significant product in the Philippines and other countries, where people swear too eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The phrase “Be nice, Better it with Rice” is the store’s cataphrase, and it emphasizes on better product quality and being nice to customers. BUSINESS DESCRIPTION • The rice came from a grass grain plant which is produced thus almost 95 percent of rice is eaten by millions of people. Rice is cooked by boiling or it can be ground into flour. “Aroskaldo(lugaw)” is most widely known rice cooked eaten by Filipinos. It is a kind of soup that is easy to prepare and mostly eaten in times of sick. Rice is always in high demand because it is highly consumed food in most countries of the world. • The RicePreneur is a rice business that provides best quality rice and offers affordable price that may customers easily afford. The store offer variety of rice such as Ordinary, Masipag,7-toner and Rc 160. The product can be sold through per kilo and per sack.
  • 3. • The RicePreneur is located at Baranggay Kalawag 3 Pablaco Isulan, Sultan Kudarat. The store will be open at 7;00 in the morning until in 5;30 in the evening. Customers can contact the store by dialing 0916374544 for tm users and 091224747295 for smart users. The customer can also visit the official FB page of The RicePreneur and send some private message or any concerns. • The RicePreneur aims to be one of the biggest rice store in the city. Thus, they desire to achieve customers satisfaction and establish a great relationship. They will ensure to give special care to the customers every time they visit the store. They will ensure to act with honesty, fairness, and friendliness attitude when serving the customers. MISSION AND VISION MISSION The RicePreneur aspire to set a standard rice store busiiness that will be able to produce the needs of potential customers. As so, they dedicated to serve and offer them with best quality rice and great services. RicePreneur aims to achieve their satisfactions and value their opinions or feedbacks against the store. To provide a sustainable prices that they will easily afford. VISION The RicePreneur aspire to be successful and be one of the most trusted rice business in the industry. To be well-known and to dominate in the Whole Region 12. TYPES OF THE BUSINESS ORGANIZATION The RicePreneur is a partnership business owned by three individuals. Partnership, based on the meaning of the word partnership it composed of two or more people that will establish the company or products. A partnership business, by definition, consists of two or more people who combined their resources to form a business and agree to share risks, profits, and losses. The RicePreneur organization chart is headed by the Owner/Manager, a cashier with 2 sales persons. It represents how the product can be sold by wholesaling and retailing directly to the consumers. OPERATION/PRODUCTION POLICY The RicePreneur operational policies shows the framework information regarding service delivery and service managements. It also includes the policy statements such as Production policy, Customer Service policy, workplace policy, Employees Right Policy and Cleanliness policy. PRODUCTION POLICY  PAY what you order (Direct Selling)  Check your Money/change before leaving the store.  Cash on Delivery.  Add fare for the delivery. The fair depends on how far the customers exact address.  Delivery method is minimum of 5 sacks only. Below that, pick-up must do.  Strictly follow delivery schedule( Monday & Thursday only)  No rushing of order  No cancellation of orders once it is confirmed.  No Refund/exchange policy except it is damaged.  Phone call/Online order allowed.  The store allows reservation only for 2-3 days and with time of delivery schedule.

WORKPLACE POLICY  Business operation starts at 6:00 am in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon.  The store will have a day-off every Sunday.  No using of gadgets/cellphones during working hours.  Absence without letter or informing the owner is strictly prohibited.
