- To start off a great business, we have to first determine who our target
customers are, be it children, adults or senior citizens. For my team’s
business, as we are selling granola bars of assorted flavor's, our target
customer is actually unlimited as we can sell it to people of all ages.

product or service actually delivers (benefits) that your target customer
really wants.
