Conclusions
• Free Wi-Fi is an important amenity in SE
• Positive impact on price & guest satisfaction
• Similar to hotels
• More important for properties located outside the urban areas
• Better cell phone coverage in urban areas?
• Free public Wi-Fi in urban areas?
• Free Wi-Fi in restaurants and bars
• Wi-Fi allows a daily price increase of 16.28€  Guaranteed ROI
• Monthly Wi-Fi connection in Spain is about 45€

Other findings
• Location outside the urban areas negatively impacts price
• Pets contribute in a negative way to guest satisfaction
• AC has an impact on guest satisfaction only in urban properties
• Other important factors that influence guest satisfaction could not be
taken into consideration
• Beds and furniture quality, decoration, room size, building characteristics
• Destination
• Previous research  45% of the complaints refer to the environment
