• More important for properties located outside the urban areas
• Better cell phone coverage in urban areas?

Other findings
• Location outside the urban areas negatively impacts price
• Pets contribute in a negative way to guest satisfaction
• AC has an impact on guest satisfaction only in urban properties
• Other important factors that influence guest satisfaction could not be
taken into consideration
