The (FSU) is a prefabricated metal building on top of reinforced concrete walls consisting of
approximately 1846 square meters with both open bay and administrative areas.
The HQ Facility is a two (2) story facility of office, utility, and dormitory space consisting of a
reinforced concrete exterior and an interior steel frame with precast concrete floor and roof panels.

Tactical Ramp & Vehicle Maintenance Facility July 2013-Dec., 2014

Design and Construction of Vehicle Maintenance Facility constructed of both PEB,s and CMU structure
with various utilities including Lubrication System, Chilled Water, Vehicle Exhaust, Compressed air,

aircraft parking apron (Tactical Ramp) designed for tactical airlift aircraft with associated taxi lane

policies.
Evaluate and implement solutions to engineering problems based on collected data. Plan, organize, and

The Project consists of the construction of two stories shoot House , Indoor Range, Breach Facility, Fire

The nature of the Project in relation to its sites locations being scattered through the Gaza Strip, the
frequent work stoppage due to the political situations and the extensive security coordination in relation
to material procurement and to performing works in the so called dangerous zones required big efforts
from my part in managing the works activities. The Project also required the procurement of several
equipment and material from the United Stated which also required a close coordination from my part to
assure the timely delivery.
The Scope of Works included the drilling works (Drilling of Pilot, Monitoring, Agricultural and
Production Wells including the conducting of all required testing).It also included the construction and
rehabilitation of production wells, agricultural wells pump rooms and all related fuel tanks, generators,
pumps chlorination systems and the installation of 9 numbers of Vertical turbine Pumps to the required
depth, electrical motors, discharge heads and all related necessary discharge piping.

constructed under the emergency roads rehabilitation program to get the city of Bethlehem ready for the

in heavy crowded, narrow streets that required intensive coordination with all concerned authorities and
with other contractors working in the area. The Project also included the construction of several
Concrete Retaining Walls.

F16 Squadron Upgrade Peace Vector-VII, Package B June, 2015-Oct., 2015 Cairo West Air Base, Egypt USACE-Contract #W912ER-12-C-0033 CQC/ Safety Manager I was assigned to this Project to assist in its completion since it was undergoing delays. I was responsible for Project closeout including the finalization of Punch out inspections, corrections of deficiencies, submittal of as builts, O&M Manuals, Spare parts, O&M Training, warranties and red zones meetings. The (FSU) is a prefabricated metal building on top of reinforced concrete walls consisting of approximately 1846 square meters with both open bay and administrative areas. The HQ Facility is a two (2) story facility of office, utility, and dormitory space consisting of a reinforced concrete exterior and an interior steel frame with precast concrete floor and roof panels.

Working in the capacity of CQC manager for the KASOTC overseeing all quality control matters, my responsibilities include the review & approval of all submittals, the chairing of preparatory & initial inspection meetings, controlling the quality of site activities and dealing with USACE staff on all daily matters. The Project also required the procurement of several equipment and material from the United Stated which also required a close coordination from my part to assure the timely delivery. Bethlehem-West Bank Site Superintendent As site superintendent, I was responsible for the overall construction of the Project, which was constructed under the emergency roads rehabilitation program to get the city of Bethlehem ready for the Millennium 2000 celebration. The Project included asphalt roads and infrastructure works construction in heavy crowded, narrow streets that required intensive coordination with all concerned authorities and with other contractors working in the area.
