●Conduct “as Aramco senior process instructor” all kind of short-term&
long-term technical courses, in-house courses, refresher courses, orientation
training programs & seminars to ARAMCO Personnel in the field of oil/gas
processing & operations.

●Maintain up-to-date training programs by ensuring that all programs
are reviewed, updated and verified according to Aramco standard.
Training & Consultant Activities (ARAMCO(:
• Work with the training team on the Competency Based Development
Training programs for company staff based on skills inventory
• Coordinate & execute the development of Competency Based
Training support materials to enhance employees skills
• Assist & follow-up the development of IDP package for all ARAMCO
technical employees (Individual Development Program)
• Work with the training team to identify gaps between critical tasks and
operational procedures of oil production equipment and facilities.
• Work with the training team to ensure that all training files, records,
training profiles of staff and course evaluation reports are maintained
and updated as required
• Work with production unit supervisors/superintendent to develop
yearly training plan for individuals for the in-house and overseas
training programs
• Report & follow-up the actual versus planned training on a monthly
basis to help track training performances.
• Coordinate & assist Supervisors with the analysis of performance
problems and advised on employee performance issues such as,
limited hands on skills for technicians.
• Coordinate & assist other departments in Training Need Analysis
development using a TNA form that measured actual versus expected
competencies.

production plant/field units.
