You feel energetic.
You also like being
with others.

It is normal to feel

unpleasant event
happens in your life.
You may cry or
sometimes you want
to be alone.

When you hear words
that hurt you or when
you are physically
harmed, you will feel
angry.
Anger that is not
expressed or handled
correctly can lead to
violence.
8. FEAR
Fear is the emotion
you feel when your
safety or security is
threatened.
You feel scared
when there is fire or
an earthquake.

Emotions
1. Know that your feelings and emotions are normal.
2. Express and share you can trust to talk to or share.
3. Do something productive that you enjoy and would
cool down your strong feeling.
4. Look for the cause of the feeling and emotion.
5. Respect the feelings and emotions of others.
