A house is a shelter the children need. It protects you from getting sick. A house can protect you from the rain, too much wind and too much heat from the sun.
Children need fresh air too, You need [plenty of fresh air in order to be healthy.
How do you show you love to your parents? Do you respect them? Do you hug them? Do you smile at them.
Love and affection are essential to a child's healthy brain development. A child's feelings about themselves, how confident they are and how well they cope with stress, are all affected by the way their parents respond to them.
Children need some exercise. It makes our muscles and bones stronger . Children who do not exercise becomes weak. Helping at home and playing outdoors are also form of exercise.
Everybody need rest. It is good for the heart Rest is good for tired muscles. As you rest your muscles bones and organs grow.
Sleeping is the best kind of rest.
Do you sleep atleast 8 to 10 hours a day.
