1. DESTINATION FRANCE
The Centre for foreign languages, (SIT) Sethu Institute of Technology is
organizing a regional level seminar on 4 September 2014... The purpose of
this seminar is to create awareness about Higher education in France &
career opportunities for engineers... A first of its kind in association with
French governmental agencies the Alliance Française of Madras, Campus
France, N+I network & the French embassy in New Delhi. This program is
especially for engineering students interested in pursuing higher
education in France.
France is a world leader in fields like Aerospace, Nanotechnology,
Communication technologies, among others. FRANCE is the most sought
after destination to study technical education. French is the second most
widely spoken language in over 53 countries & official language of several
global organization such as the UN, UNICEF, WHO, Olympic committee
etc.
The Program will provide insight and encourage a positive attitude
towards French language & culture, explain in detail the wide choices for
students desirous of pursuing their higher studies or internship in France
and also employment opportunities in several MNC’s in India and
overseas.
Several French companies offer scholarship for Master degree in
engineering. This seminar will provide information about such
scholarships programs.
