Beefficient Software is a cloud based program

A Brief History
With a long background assisting construction
companies both large and small with Health &
Safety (H&S) compliance the team at Beefficient
realised that the systems relating to H&S within
companies were inefficient and ineffective resulting

How Beefficient Software Can Help
Beefficient stores all of the above information centrally. As an example a training certificate is displayed next to its expiry
date, that way when the new certificate is received the expiry date can be updated and the new certificate can be saved
against the expiry date.
When producing a site specific Risk Assessment and Method Statement this centrally held information can be added at
the click of a button, for example Generic Risk Assessments can be copied into the site pack along with Employee
names, contact numbers, and training certificates.
3. Your Company Dashboard
Beefficient Software has been designed with a
dashboard layout giving you an overview of different
areas within your company and their state of
compliance at that moment in time. Areas that
Beefficient manages include but are not limited to:

The audit mode button at the top of the screen can
be activated and this will give you an immediate
view of the areas that need attention within your
company. For example training certificates may
have expired, or a suppliers insurance document

Beefficient becomes your supplier register. Any companies
that you work with whether that be Suppliers, Principal
Contractors or Subcontractors, can all be stored in
Beefficient.
Again having one central location for Supplier information to
be stored means that the most up to date information is
always available.
Contacts within that supplier company can also be stored
under the Suppliers Dashboard, this means that Beefficient
becomes your central contacts database, which ensures that
you can always get hold of who you need to, when you need
to.
Any Subcontractor that carries out work on your behalf should
be Pre-Qualified by you to ensure that they are competent to
carry out works on your behalf. Beefficient can store and track
this information, ensuring that you remember to Re-Qualify the
Subcontractor at a sensible time in the future.

- Supplier data is held centrally meaning that the most up to
date information is always available.
- Store contact details of persons within the supplier company
creating a centrally held contacts database.

6. Vehicle Records
Nearly all construction companies have vehicles, whether
they be vans, forklifts, dumpers, diggers, or rollers. Any
vehicle must be suitably maintained and accompanied by
the correct paperwork in order to ensure that it is safe for
employees to operate.
Beefficient holds all of the relevant information about your
vehicles. The software will keep an eye on expiry dates of
MOTs, LOLER certificates, services, and inspections to
ensure that you can book the vehicle in for suitable re-test
or inspection when necessary.
Defects can be recorded against each of the vehicles so you
know whats wrong and can ensure that any defect is
remedied in a timely manner.
Plant can be assigned an owner and can also be assigned
to a project so you know who is in charge of the plant and
where it is located at that moment in time.

caused any damage.
- Plant can be assigned to a project, this has two benefits in
that you know where an item of plant is at a particular
moment in time, and also any certificate, MOT, and Service
data will be automatically included in Site Specific Risk

7. Risk & COSHH Assessments
Beefficient Software allows you to store a library of both Generic Risk
Assessments and COSHH Assessments related to your company
activities.
These Risk Assessments and COSHH Assessments are stored with a
review date to ensure that they are reviewed on a regular basis as
required.
Any Risk Assessment or COSHH Assessment can then be copied into
Site Specific Risk Assessments and Method Statement Packs at the
click of a button. When copied into a site specific pack relevant details
about the site are entered into the documents such as the Site Name,
the name of the Site Manager, and the logo of the Principal Contractor
that you are working under (where applicable) all helping to give a
professional image.
