CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY:
• The check in time is 24 Hour check out time is 12:00 noon. Late checkout and early check in are
subject to availability on request.
• Guests are requested to carry their ID Proof (Driving License/Pan Card/Voters ID Card/P.P
Copy) at the time of Check In.
• Checkouts after 12:00 noon are subject to the charges.
• All arrivals prior to 8.00 hours are billed from the previous night.
CANCELLATION / NO – SHOW POLICY
• In the absence of arrival details/timings, all confirmed room reservation will be deemed as
guaranteed unto 16.00 hrs only and may be released thereafter.
• In case of a no show or Non Cancellation of a Guaranteed Reservation at least 48 hours prior to
arrival will attract one night Retention charge.
PAYMENT
• Please note we would require a fax or e-mail accompanying each reservation with all the details.

• All Billings will have to be paid in advance or with written information for confirmation of
