• If it’s by choice, satisfaction is immediate
(nevertheless it is a derivation)
• If it’s by default, U have to cultivate love
for the job; So, derivation takes time
• But, derived satisfaction is sweetie since it
was sweated for

• If U R happy with what you are doing
your performance will be doubled
• U would be simply effective in Ur job
• U become a great teacher
• Ur students stand benefited
