1. Sales Manager
Based: France, Germany (preferably French speaking areas in Switzerland)
Basic Salary: £70,000 + Commission + Car Allowance.
My client is an expanding organisation in the high end Lights, Blinds and Energy Management
sector, providing high quality products and design support to the specifier marketplace. They
have made considerable progress over the last 12 months which has seen their product
portfolio grow dramatically, focusing in particular on customized home & building automation
lighting controls for the residential and commercial environments.
The Role:
• You will be responsible for driving and growing the Switz controls and Shading
solution business
• Establish and maintain key relationships with current partners
• Manage Key specification Partners.
• Solicit new customers to increase the current customer base and promote the brand
to the next level.
• Working closely with thier Dealer partners on projects and see them through to being
won and closed. 25%
• Develop your own project pipelines, closing projects (25%)
• Prospecting NEW accounts (25%)
• Communicating the ‘companies’ offering into ‘new’ channels (20%)
• To maintain all information/account records and opportunities on Salesforce.com
(SFDC) (5%)
The Requirements:
• They looking for someone on the FRENCH border hence fluent in French is essential,
ideal able to speak in German
• Electronic engineering degree
• Lighting or electrical experience (controls preferred but not essential)
• Strong sales ability, proven sales track record.
• A full working knowledge of the Electrical contractor and lighting industry and can
bring an existing customer base specifically from the commercial sector.
• Good communication skills and presentation skills and proficiency in IT skills.
