2. GBA Mission
The Graduate Business Association is dedicated to increasing the value of USF
graduate degree programs in the College of Business by enriching members’
academic environment, fostering intellectual development and facilitating corporate
communications in order to produce and promote comprehensive, competitive leaders.
3. GBA Vision
The GBA partners with university leadership, alumni and influential professionals in order to build
strong community relationships and promote the College of Business graduate degree programs.
In support of USF’s nine graduate level degree programs ranked among the fifty best according to
the 2016 USNWR Graduate School Rankings, the GBA is dedicated to:
● Great Members: Enriching the academic environment by promoting collaboration,
communication and sponsorship through meaningful connections, workshops, peer advising
and social events between members and classmates
● Better Connections: Building strong partnerships by connecting local and global companies
with USF and highly motivated members through strategic outreach, coordinated events and
member service
● Accelerated Success: Fostering program sustainability by actively engaging USF alumni in
the professional development of current students while simultaneously empowering USF to
create a continuous pipeline of human capital for the Greater Tampa Bay area

● The GBA, through continued commitment to members’ academic and
professional success, will aid the College of Business in producing well-
educated, high-performance leaders.
● The GBA, through its high-impact research and innovation, will create new
partnerships to build a strong and sustainable future for organization members
and constituents alike.
