2. JOB PROFILE :
• Experience in handling Erection & Commissioning of mechanical packages such;
Boiler, BOP Packages.
• Experience of handling CFBC, AFBC, WHRB equipment; bio-mass based projects
Knowledge of all relevant Engineering Standards and Codes.
• Set-up meetings between engineering and commissioning groups as and when
required and assign responsibilities to these groups.
• Analyzing P&ID drawings and taking punch list for the commissioning
• Preparing protocols for all the equipment’s and for every milestones
• Commissioning of Fans, Pumps , Blowers Lead daily startup/commissioning meetings
with client/consultants.
• Inspection of the boilers, air/gas path flow mapping; cold air velocity test (CAVT),
thickness mapping of boiler tubes/sections and drum internal inspections.
• Coordinate, prepare, inspect, and maintain records of request for inspection of
materials, construction works and pre-commissioning works.
• Issuing work permits and supervising Isolation/Lockout/Tagout of systems for safe
working.
