 Protection of all equipments at emergency cases, plant operation monitoring
and supervising of all equipments to ensure good operation according to system
specifications and economic measures.
 Safely isolating the equipments for various maintenance activities.
 Preparation of shift reports.
 Achieving and improving plant availability and reliability of the plant.
 Training the sub ordinates and grooming them to take the lead role.
 Managing annual major and minor overhauling activities.
 Safely running the units according to business plan

 Safely isolating the equipments for various maintenance activities.
 Monitoring equipments and reporting any abnormal conditions to CCR.
 Preparation of shift reports & reporting status of important equipments to CCR.
 Reporting unsafe conditions in and around equipments.
 Undergone 600 MW simulator training for 10 days.
Maintenance :
 Attending Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of various Pumps, Valves,
and Pipe lines.
 Preparation of monthly, quarterly and half yearly Preventive Maintenance
schedule for all equipments.
 Preparation of Spares list for all equipments.
 Raising Purchase Requisition for all the Spares through SAP and forwarding to
commercial department.
 Ensuring availability of Spares at stores for all the critical equipments.
 Managing and coordinating contract employees and prioritizing the
maintenance activities according to the need.

 In charge–Cooling towers Inspection and commissioning.
 Periodic supervision of Rake unloading and Bucket wheel Stacker/Reclaimer
