2. Work Experience
• Planning, Supervision and Monitoring of the various activities in piping construction
as Erection, Fit-up and Fabrication on site ,as per piping Isometric Drawing, Plant
Drawing and Piping Instrument Drawing (P&ID).
• Working with small bore for utility station pipe lines utility water, nitrogen, steam of
high pressure and low pressure, utility air pipe lines) and large bore pipe for high
pressure DGA lines, Acid hydrocarbon lines (AH), Steam condensate lines (60 psi),
Steam lines (600 psi), Relief lines (RL) of different material as carbon steel, Stainless
steel, Low temperature carbon steel (LTCS), Copper Nickel pipes of different size and
schedule.
• Controlling the material in the site received from Main store and from fabrication shop
as piping spools, pipe supports, fittings, valves, and Bolts and gaskets, giving colure
code for the easy identification and line number on spools and prepare the
requirement list materials which needed & ensure materials as per drawing and
specification.
• Monitoring and Reporting Daily Progress Report (fit up, erection, fabrication of spools
and pipe support) and report to site engineer.
• Following the construction activities as per standards of main client and clearing QC
comments and punch items.
• Construction up to Commissioning including activities such as: Hydro testing,
Reinstatement, Flushing and Air drying.
• Monitoring the safety on the site and organizing weekly tool box meting to follow the
safety orientation.
• Check if the latest revisions of construction drawings are used and prepare As Built
Drawing if required.
• Erection and alignment of static equipments.
• Assign manpower for installation work and training the new members.
