Summary
Six (6) years of competency in the field of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment
since 2011 related to all aspects of construction and maintenance projects. Internationally well
exposed and working with a team of various nationalities in United Arab Emirates (UAE). Abu
Dhabi Occupational Health and Safety (OSHAD) Registered Practitioner, Certified on IOSH
(Managing Safely) and NEBOSH IGC. Professional background as a Nurse in the Republic of the
Philippines since 2008. As a competent HSE practitioner, I am actively involved in the
preparation and implementation Project HSE plan and Risk Assessment. During the project
mobilization it is my job to make sure that Local and International HSE rules that includes the
clients HSE specifications are complied in the work place. Making sure that the Emergency
Response Plan and Procedures are understood by all project personnel. Educating and
dissemination of information through induction and tool-box talk to project personnel, sub-
contractors and visitors. Enhanced technical skills on developing various training program topics
with regards to HSE and fire fighting in power point slides and conduct training presentation
through laptop and projector as training aid. Identification of hazards on the workplace, its
safety risks and developing preventive measures. As HSE practitioner, I am a member of the
investigation team and am responsible on record keeping, HSE reports for weekly, monthly and
audit.

 I am responsible on preparation of the Project HSE Plan that will be used to the project duration.
Revision is being made in accordance with the specifications and/or as appropriately found to be
efficient on the project.
 Before the project starts, I formulate the projects Task Risk Assessment in accordance with the
approved Method Statements.
 Induction of all the personnel before they are sent to the project site. I conduct also the
induction of visitors that will come to site with the use of power point presentation. I personally
come with the visitors to ensure their safety and security while they are at my project worksite. I
give them identification tags for easy recognition and ensure they are wearing appropriate PPEs.
 Continuous monitoring of all site activities and making sure that all personnel are complying with
good safety practice.
 Permit Coordinator on ADCO projects. Coordinate and approval of the permits of Job Performers
to Area Authority to Issuing Authority of ADCO.

done and formulate a pro-active measures from the details gathered and use it to intensify the
safety standards of the company. I believe, these small and disregarded things are the leading
