Responsible for coordination, supervision and management of HSE
Programs/requirements in compliance with Project HSE Plan and other Project HSE
Procedures;
Developed and conducted HSE training programs (such as HSE Induction, Work at
Height, confined space ,manual handling ,power tools, scaffolding ,risk assessment
etc.) based on Project’s Training Matrix, kept records and statistics of all trainings
done
Prepared and developed Amana HSE Booklet, safety posters and warning signs
prior to site mobilization in accordance with the Project’s HSE
Programs
Ensured that Permit to Work (PTW) system is in compliance with the requirements
set out in Client HSE Procedure Manual. Includes monitoring permits, ensuring that
proper measures are taken prior to commencement of work. Ensured all work
areas are safe for required work through visits to work sites regularly especially
during dangerous or potentially difficult work;
Ensured the provision and arrangement of welfare facilities for the site workforce.
Verified third party certification for loose lifting gears and new equipment brought
to site to confirm they are fit for purpose;
Arranges inspection and certification of loose lifting gears and equipment
with approved third Party inspectors.
Attended the Project Weekly HSE Meeting with clients and other subcontractors’

Delegates responsibilities to Safety Officers to provide an effective safety
monitoring and supervisor support program;
Conducted General Toolbox Talk with the workforce once a week to discuss
relevant HSE and welfare issues affecting the organization;
Ensures that all employees/workers attend Safety Induction and related trainings
(Including Third Party Training Certifications required) before performing any
work at site;
Conducted Daily Site HSE Inspections (used as a Proactive Monitoring Tool) to
