I am Jaime F. Luta II, 38 years of age, physically and mentally fit. I am currently working in Abu
Dhabi National Oil Company “ADNOC Headquarter “as a HSE Coordinator (Radiation Protection
Officer) since September 2014 till date.
Before I joined ADNOC, I’ve been in EXOVA Limited (Abu Dhabi) for almost 6 years as Radiation
Safety Officer (HSE Coordinator). Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and some of its groups of
companies are our major clients in Exova including TECHNIP, PETROFAC, DOLPHIN ENERGY,
LARSEN & TOUBRO LT.
I have the excellence skills and knowledge of supervising Gauge Leveling, Plastic Film Thickness
using Nuclear Gauge, Industrial Radiography, and Flow Meter Gauge using radioactive source,
NORMS, X-rays scanners and handheld trace detectors used to detect chemical weapons or narcotics.
I have been a Petroleum Safety Inspector and Surveyor for the past few years in one of the most
prestigious Oil and Gas Refinery in Philippines. My job experiences have equipped me with
competence and legibility to work and be your asset to achieve your company’s goal. I am a self-
driven and goal oriented person. I can easily learned and always eager to learn just to achieve my
goal for the company.
I graduated from a reputable school for Construction Safety Essentials for Certificate in safety
management and obtained certificate in INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - INTERNAL
AUDITOR FOR (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007) STANDARDS and currently
taking up my NEBOSH - IGC. I hold a Radiation Protection Officer license - renewable and approved
by Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation in UAE. I completed my “Abu Dhabi Occupational
Health and Safety Practitioners Course” in ADVETI. The knowledge and skills I have gained will give

Basic Function:
Developed and monitored ADNOC’s radiation Protection & Safety Programme (RPSP) approved by Federal
Authority for Nuclear Regulation or FANR, UAE. Oversee the implementation of RPSP in ADNOC
Headquarters, Sheikh Khalifa Energy Complex (SKEC) and other ADNOC owned facilities.
Responsibilities:
 Ensure the Radiation Protection and Safety Programme is being implemented and meets the requirements of
the FANR regulations and ADNOC - Code of Practice.
 Implement local rules in ADNOC Headquarter and ADNOC owned facilities to prevent employees and
general public exposure of ionizing radiation.
 Conduct related trainings for awareness to all employees regarding radiation exposure.
 Establish and maintain a record management system for Radiation Safety & Security Plan that meets the

 Execute plans for radiation safety measures in the workplace.

 Establish a procedure for the Contractors to follow safe usage of regulated materials in all ADNOC

 Assist the investigation team for any radiation accident, incidents, and near misses in all ADNOC premises
and to propose corrective measures whenever necessary.
 Responsible for briefing Safety Supervisors in all related reports including corrective actions.
 Liaise with the Manufacturers for any seminars, trainings and orientations to be conducted in any ADNOC
owned facilities.
 Conduct radiation safety audit in all the above mentioned area jurisdiction.

toolbox talk, method statement, etc…

party certification (routine or non-routine work) in ADNOC Headquarter including UCP

 Responsible for the daily management and implementation of the Radiation Protection and Safety
Programme. Principal FANR contact for liaison with FANR officers, and participation in FANR inspections
and Conventions.

Local Rules, incident reporting and investigation, emergencies, quality assurance, risk assessment.
