Dhabi National Oil Company “ADNOC Headquarter “as a HSE Coordinator (Radiation Protection
Officer) since September 2014 till date.
Before I joined ADNOC, I’ve been in EXOVA Limited (Abu Dhabi) for almost 6 years as Radiation
Safety Officer (HSE Coordinator). Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and some of its groups of
companies are our major clients in Exova including TECHNIP, PETROFAC, DOLPHIN ENERGY,
LARSEN & TOUBRO LT.
I have the excellence skills and knowledge of supervising Gauge Leveling, Plastic Film Thickness
using Nuclear Gauge, Industrial Radiography, and Flow Meter Gauge using radioactive source,
NORMS, X-rays scanners and handheld trace detectors used to detect chemical weapons or narcotics.
I have been a Petroleum Safety Inspector and Surveyor for the past few years in one of the most
prestigious Oil and Gas Refinery in Philippines. My job experiences have equipped me with

Basic Function:
Developed and monitored ADNOC’s radiation Protection & Safety Programme (RPSP) approved by Federal
Authority for Nuclear Regulation or FANR, UAE. Oversee the implementation of RPSP in ADNOC
Headquarters, Sheikh Khalifa Energy Complex (SKEC) and other ADNOC owned facilities.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the Radiation Protection and Safety Programme is being implemented and meets the requirements of
the FANR regulations and ADNOC - Code of Practice.
Implement local rules in ADNOC Headquarter and ADNOC owned facilities to prevent employees and
general public exposure of ionizing radiation.
Conduct related trainings for awareness to all employees regarding radiation exposure.
Establish and maintain a record management system for Radiation Safety & Security Plan that meets the
