Welcome to the HACCP course of Europe Retail Packing.
During this course you will learn about:
• What are the food safety hazards
• How we can safeguard food safety hazards
During this course you will be explained various knowledge topics that are important to work safely
with. After the explanation, questions will be asked to test your knowledge and insight. Of these
questions 70% must be answered correctly to pass the course.

3. Wat does the QA department do?
• QA stands for quality assurance
• QA Is responsible for guaranteeing food safety and maintaining all certificates
• If you have any questions about a rule or a hazard, you can always send an email to
QA@europeretailpacking.nl
4. What certificates does ERP have?
• IFS / BRC
• IFS and BRC are certificates for guaranteeing food safety within the company.
Without these certificates, we are not allowed to deliver to many customers.
• QS
• QS guarantees quality and food safety throughout the entire chain
• Global gap
• Global gap ensures food safety for growers. These products must remain
traceable by means of the COC numbers.
• SKAL
• SKAL is a certification for the use of the organic claim. No organic products may
be sold/packaged without a skal certificate.
5. Internal and external audits
• Internal audits: These audits are carried out by the QA department.
And it is examined whether there are points for improvement for food
safety.
• External audits: These audits are carried out by external parties and
ensure that we maintain our certificates.
• what can you expect during an audit?
• The auditor can ask you questions regarding food safety
• Demonstrate certain workmethods that you carry out in the warehouse.
