Fixed Assets
 Compliance w ith Fixed Asset & CWIP SOP along w ith respective KPIs (Proof sheets, Monthly & Quarterly Reports for financials,
Tagging, Capitalization / Disposals,
 Recovery of depreciation on Inter-company assets and reconciliation of surplus assets
 Preparation of Depreciation Profiles for each department for Budgeting
 Provide support in physical verification of Company assets (Plant & Machinery, vehicles and IS assets etc)
 Updating of Fixed Asset SOP
 Audit coordination & Assist in Financial Statements (Update financial statement template, manage supporting files, referencing)
 Follow -up of outstanding PECAs from respective budget ow ners
 Assist planning department in budgeting for capital expenditure items
Achievements:
 Automation of Fixed Assets through Management portal (linked SharePoint w ith SAP for Capitalization, New project Appropriation,
Transfer of assets details & disposals of assets
