(From September 2013 to date)
I am working with Al-Rafeh Transport & Gen. Cont. Est. – Mussaffah Industrial, Abu Dhabi
as an Accountant General and performing the following tasks:
• Routine jobs (Preparing Invoices, Checking Stock & Issuance Vouchers, Finalizing of Material
Receipt & Direct Receipt, Preparing Daily Routine Payments, Checking Petty cash at the end
of the day, Entries in ERP, Preparation Purchase Orders).
• Month end closing entries and reconciliations of ledgers, cash and bank books.
• Financial statements preparation and analysis according to the requirements.
• Preparation and transfer of Staff Salaries in their Bank accounts as per WPS.
• Proper allocation of order expenses according to the assigned cost centers.
• Coordinate with Operation Department for costing process of new projects.
• Managing the inventory records. Monitoring stock ins and outs, transfers, returns.
• Preparation of budget, forecasting sales and revenues and performance of variance analysis,
Ageing Analysis for Inventory & Receivables.
• Management of the accounts receivables and payables and applying review procedures.
• Strictly following the Credit Limits assigned to the customers.
• Performing internal audit at the end of every year and posting adjustment entries. Working
with external auditors further on for the audited reports.
• My duties are not bound to accounting jobs only. While performing the above mentioned
duties I am also helping other colleagues in the ways I can. Teaching them the required skills
for ERP and excel, working on increasing their communication skills, and giving useful
recommendations to the Management for better Internal Control and usage of available
resources etc.

I worked in Bin Hussain Group of Companies – Abu Dhabi as an Accounting Manager.
Key areas of responsibilities were:
• Monitor whether the policy and procedures of the company strictly implemented.
• Preparation of reports for Auditor.
• Review the Branches Accounts and finalized.
• Preparation of Financial Statements Profit & Loss account and Balance sheet with schedules.
• Prepare the Projects Cost. Manage the Credit Control System.
• Recruiting, training of staff regarding accounting principles.
• Verifying the income and expenses of branches and report to the hire management for
further verification and approvals.
• Bank & Cash reconciliations, assisting Management in analysis and evaluation of Sales to set
new targets for sales team.
(From August 2010 to January 2011)
I worked in Long Masters Pvt. Ltd. Sialkot, Pakistan as an Accounts Executive.
Duties assigned were:
• Maintain all the accounts related to vendors.
• Keeping record of customer/supplier agreements, maintaining proper filling of vouchers.
• Payment to suppliers after checking the documents and invoices.
• Assisting in preparation of bank reconciliation statement.
