Global Absence Management System is a comprehensive and flexible leave management system
enabling associates to enter and manage leave requests according to specific rules based on the
country. The system will track and notify associates about the leave accruals available at any
point in time.The Goal of GAM (Global absence Management) is to Implement the changes
specific to Mexico Region, as GAM works for 4 Major Countries such as (UK ,
Mexico,Switzerland,Czech Republic) the recommended changes is to automate mexico specific
absence management and to Manage Accruals based on specified functionality.
Accomplishments:
Interacted closely with the functional users to understand the requirements for Enhanced
technical Development and to prepare the Technical Documents.

The goal of the European Integration Project (EIP) project was to obtain Knowledge Transition
(KT) of Pfizer’s HR applications from 13 countries in EMEA region and provide effective
support to the markets. It also involved integration and rationalization of Pfizer’s technology
systems thereby aligning Business Technology to a regionally focused and unified business
operating model.

Description:
Pfizer Inc. wanted to provide the Long Term Incentive LTI acknowledgement forms, currently those
forms are sent to local HR’s for distribution, collection and filing. Non-US colleagues are required to
review and sign the form manually and return it back to HR. The goal of the project is to design and
develop a Self Service Page for viewing/printing the appropriate ‘Acknowledgement and Consent’
form in hrSource PeopleSoft (“PS”) system and also create an email process to deliver to targeted
non-US LTI Eligible colleagues with planned LTI value with an embedded link to new online Self
Service page.
Accomplishments:
Interacted closely with the functional users to understand the requirements for Enhanced
technical Development and to prepare the Technical Documents.
Involved in the complete Life cycle of this Project.
Involved in creation of Test Data.

National Insurance Company Ltd (NIC) is one of the leading public sector insurance companies of
India, carrying out non life insurance business, Headquartered in Kolkata. NIC's network is about
1000 offices, manned by more than 16,000 skilled personnel and is spread over the length and
breadth of the country covering remote rural areas, townships and metropolitan cities. NIC's foreign
operations are carried out from its branch offices located in Nepal.
This project involves in implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 application with Core HR/Global
Payroll/Recruitment/Absence Management along with bolt-on modules like Vigilance, Clearance,
Loans & Advances, Leave Travel Subsidy and Claims & Reimbursements.
As a part of this effort, was actively involved in implementation of BOLT-ON modules like
Leave Travel Subsidy, Tours & Transfers, Promotion, House Building Loan to the delivered
PeopleSoft 9.0 HCM package
