This document describes the author's worst presentation experience as a trainer for an NGO in France in 2002. The presentation had nice visuals but bad content, and the author was stressed, resulting in no interaction. It took a long time to produce only a small increase in skills. The author learned that to be a good trainer, they must master three skills - content, delivery, and facilitation. Their mistake was not balancing these three skills for their presentation.
