computer related training activities included:
 Installed and configured upgraded computer hardware systems at multiple locations to support new
merchandise inventory tracking system.
 Trained stored personnel on use of new inventory tracking software using laser guns when receiving store
merchandise.
Pacific Contracting, Inc. - 1985 - 1992
As President, held wide range of responsibilities such as P&L, administration, marketing, personnel, ope rations, materials
management and sales. Representative activities and achievements include:
 Expanded areas targeted for bids from strictly public work to private general contracting. This resulted in an average
tripling of annual sales from $1.5 million to $4.5 million.
 Negotiated the largest single contract in company history - a $2.4 million contract with the United States Post Office.
 Administered product training and safety programs. This lowered insurance premiums by 20% and reduced the frequency
of worker’s compensation claims to levels below industry averages.
 Monitored the performance of on-site crews and created a bonus reward system that improved labor performance and
