America in 1998, consistently ranking in the top 10 in sales volume out of 220 districts nationwide.
Opened 5 new stores to grow the district from 13 to 18 locations; completed all projects on schedule
and within budget.
Awarded “District Manager of the Year” in 1999 and 2005 over 200+ other candidates.
Received the company’s highest honor in 2006, the President’s Ring of Excellence Advance
Master.
Ranked in the top 5 nationwide every year on key performance metrics including profit
contribution, average sale, units-per-transaction, audit scores, payroll control, and inventory
shrink control.
Developed and mentored 5 general managers for promotion to district manager. Promoted 6
otherindividualstohigher-level roles including trainers and district/regional commercial sales

Oversaw the remodeling and complete integration of 34 acquired stores into the company
