Click on Teams01.
Click on Join or create teams02.

7. Enter the name of your Team/Meeting01.

Add the Members by entering
their name or e-mail

10. Start a Teams Meeting and share invite
Click on the Meet Icon at
the top right of your
Screen

Add the subject
Click on Meet now

12. Start a Teams Meeting and share invite
Click on show Participants

▪ Click on the Copy join info icon
▪ Link for the meeting will be copied to
your clipboard

14. Now you are
ready to invite
people on your
Microsoft Teams
video call

15. Share link on WhatsApp
Select the link
Right click and copy it
Past it on WhatsApp and
share.

16. Change Member Owner Settings
Click on Teams
Click on the 3 dots next to
your team name
Click on manage team

17. Change Member Owner Settings
Change the Member to
Owner(Vice-Versa)

18. Add channels and invite people
Click on the 3 dots next to
your team name
Click on add channel

19. Add channels and invite people
Enter the name of your
channel
Click on add

20. Add channels and invite people
Click on the Meet Icon at
the top right of your
Screen

21. Add channels and invite people
Add the subject
Click on Meet now

Click on show Participants

▪ Click on the Copy join info icon
▪ Link for the meeting will be copied to
your clipboard

24. Make participants attendee/presenter
Click on show participants icon
▪ If he is an attendee, it will show “Make
a presenter”
▪ If he is a presenter, it will show “Make
an attendee”
Click on the three dots next to the name
of the person whom you want to make
presenter/ attendee

25. Read it carefully and press change to
complete the action
Make participants attendee/presenter

26. Raise Hand
To raise hand click on the raise hand
icon
A hand will appear next to your name in
the participant list

27. Set up a Poll
Click on the 3 dots in Chat
window
Click on polly (if you don’t find
Polly on your screen then use
find the app bar and add polly as
an extension)

28. Set up a Poll
▪ Select the type of question and
add the options for answer
▪ Choose rest of the options
according to your preference

29. Once done, click on Preview

▪ Check the question and options
▪ Click the send button and your poll question
will be shared with everyone on the chat
▪ You will be able to see the results on the
chat window itself
