TEAM INDIA
IN NEEDS OF
AN OVERHAUL
he much-vaunted
Team India lost to
New Zealand, who
played like true
champions to lift the
first World Test Championship
trophy
. The Kiwis outplayed In-
dia in every department of the
game to expose the chinks in
India’s batting and bowling. In
fielding too the rivals proved
better. In the batting depart-
ment, Virat Kohli, the captain,
in the first innings and to some
extent Rishabh Pant in the sec-
ond innings deserve mention.
Their performances were not
enough to see India emerge vic-
torious. The bowlers were disap-
pointing too, leading to ques-
tions if Bhuvaneshwar Kumar
and Siraj Ahmed would have
made a difference. If Jasprit
Bumrah’s form remains below
par, India will have problems
against England.
True, the batting conditions
favoured the Kiwis more but for
a champion side this can’t be
touted as the reason for poor
showing. Will all this lead to an
overhaul of the Test side? If
changes do happen, players’ per-
formance on green tops should
be made a criterion.
T
arendra Modi’s
first meeting with
political leaders
from Kashmir af-
ter abrogation of
Article 370 turned out to be a
success with all the leaders
freely airing their views and
the prime minister giving
them a patient hearing. This
was the first such meeting
after the abrogation of Arti-
cle 370 and a long detention of
almost the entire political
leadership of Kashmir. The
process to restart the demo-
cratic process has raised
hopes for a new dawn in
Kashmir although, as was ex-
pected, the demand for state-
hood and restoration of Arti-
cle 370 was raised. The posi-
tive aspect of the meeting
was that all the leaders were
pleased with New Delhi’s out-
reach effort to decide the fu-
ture political course which
includes early completion of
the delimitation process fol-
lowed by Assembly elections.
Before leaving for the meet-
ing Mehbooba Mufti, former
Chief Minister of Kashmir,
cited India’s talks with a Tali-
banfactioninDohaforinclud-
ing Pakistan in any initiative

calleadersof differentparties

day’s meeting. Importantly,
Mehbooba’s condition on Pa-
kistan’s inclusion did not find
support from National Con-
ference leader Farooq Abdul-
lah and others. Pakistan,
though, now has no role to
play in the northern State In-
dia is engaged in backstage
talkswiththeneighbourprob-
ably to discuss Afghanistan
more than Kashmir.
On Article 270 the Kash-
miri leaders have to wait for
the Supreme Court’s verdict
while ensuring that the chan-
nel of talks remains open.
They also have to decide
whether to participate in the
delimitation process to nar-
row the distance between
Delhi and Kashmir.

N
e often hear ‘first impression
is the last impression’ and
many swear by it. Though
some disagree and so do I.
Many do believe life offers
ample opportunities to make
an impression and name for
oneself through repeated it-
erations if one fails in one
vocation by shifting focus
and succeeding in something
altogether different. Usually,
such possibilities are plenty
provided one perseveres.
Inthelongjourneytowards
‘success’ people get a helping
hand from their personal
brand too. The essence of per-
sonal branding has been suc-
cinctly stated by Jeff Bezos in
this quote: “Your brand is
what people say about you
whenyouarenotintheroom.”
Metaphorically, the entire
personal branding can hence
be the duration you spend as
you ‘enter the room’ creating
a first impression and the
moment you ‘leave the room’.
It is during this available ‘im-
pact slot’ that one leaves a
personal aura behind for oth-
ers to talk about.
The term Personal Brand-
ingfirstappearedinanarticle
written by Tom Peters in 1997
and can be broadly defined as
a continuous process to de-
velop and nurture an individ-
ual’s name employing multi-
ple strategies to keep it aglow.
If we do time travel, we
learn that since ages the
Japanese have believed in-
dividuals own three faces:

z The first, is shown to the world.

z The second, is shown to
close friends and family.

z The third, one never shows
to the world but usually
remains the truest reflection
of who one is!
The personal brand that
one knowingly builds is usu-
ally borrowed from the first
and second faces. It rarely
touches the third one. There
are quite a few famous autobi-
ographies that were pub-
lished posthumously, aston-
ishingly revealing nuances of
thethirdfaceof thoseauthors
that the world never knew
during their living days.
Purists have noted that
the brand ‘You’ comprises
four elements that coalesce
seamlessly to give each in-
dividual uniqueness that
sets one apart from others.
These are:

z How others see you (Your
Reputation)

z What sets you apart from
others (Your acquired USPs)

z What makes you ‘You’ (Your
Inherent Qualities)

z How you want others to see
you (Your target Image)
Personal Branding is a con-
tinuous process to achieve a
distinguishing ‘mark’ that is
created around your name.
You use this ‘mark’ to express
and communicate your natu-
ral skills (inherent qualities),
acquiredexpertise(USPs),val-
ues you bring to the table (rep-
utation), and personality thus
formed therefrom (image).
Before arriving at a deci-
sion to establish a personal
brand three pertinent ques-
tions need to be convinc-
ingly answered. They are:

z Why? (The purpose to have
a personal brand)

z To help one stand out from
the crowd.

z It could be a door opener
leading to future opportuni-
ties, often unexpected.

z A strong personal brand
imparts advanced informa-
tion to the audience and
their keenness to engage
increases.

z It helps to build one’s
reputation thereby boosting
confidence manifold.

z How? (The process to create
a personal brand)

z Building one’s brand is a
continuous Work-In-Pro-
gress (WIP). In this VUCA
world, to position oneself
uniquely vis-à-vis competi-
tion, consistent augmenta-
tion is needed both on skill
sets and image.

z Share your expertise gradu-
ally. Build the momentum
and generate interest
amongst your target audi-
ence proportionately.

z If needed, employ the ‘trial
and error’ method. Exhibit
different traits of one’s per-
sonality. See what clicks and
works best but while doing
so be true ‘you’.

z Keep exploring till one
discovers the sweet spot.
Don’t hesitate to do course
correction, learn and re-align
the navigation as needed to
ultimately arrive at the ‘final
product’.

z Make meaningful conversa-
tion as you build the brand’s
structure. Don’t just add to
the noise or repeat what’s
been already stated.

z What? (The benefits to ac-
crue from owning a strong
personal brand)

z Powerful personal brand
helps one to grab larger
mindshare resulting in faster
recognition amongst peers.

z Adds heft.

z Helps to turbocharge one’s
career and attract opportuni-
ties from beyond the visible
horizon.

z Offers networking opportuni-
ties with industry stalwarts.
Having established a per-
sonal brand that often takes
years to make, just like any
other property
, one needs to be
extremely protective to safe-
guard it: a) from rivals who
could make sly attempts to tar-
nishthebrandandb)toprotect
it from slippages due to indi-
vidualoversightornegligence.
Building a personal brand
should be of interest to both
rookies as well as seasoned
professionals. Continuous
moulding and adding facets
should be an everlasting pas-
sion. One should never be-
come complacent and stop
growing.
At the end let’s recollect a
small anecdote: While draw-
ing a sketch Michelangelo,
considered the greatest Re-
naissance artist of his age,
scribbled “ancora imparo”
meaning “I am still learning”
at the age of 87 – buttresses
the fact why his name (read
personal brand) has re-
mained immortal even after
500 odd years.

Rajasthan Housing
Board Commissioner,
Pawan Arora has now
decided to conduct sur-
prise inspections of all
the important projects
under construction in
entire Rajasthan. Un-
der this, the Commis-
sioner, along with the
higher officials on
Thursday, conducted a
surprise inspection of
the housing scheme be-
ing developed at Niwai
town in Tonk district
and the residential
scheme being devel-
oped at Vatika in
Jaipur. In addition, he
sent Chief Engineer,
Additional Chief Engi-
neer and Deputy Hous-
ing Commissioner lev-
el officers at other sites
to take stock of the
work progress.
RHB Commissioner
Arora while inspecting
the projects, said that
the Board is serious
about the quality of its
construction works and
expressed satisfaction
over the progress of the
work going on at the Ni-
wai Housing Scheme
and also appreciated
the quality of construc-
tion. He directed offi-
cials to plant a large
number of saplings
during the upcoming
monsoon season. He
further instructed
them to chalk out a plan
regarding the commer-
cial land available un-
dert the scheme, fur-
ther adding that plots
to develop huge show-
rooms would be auc-
tioned here in the near
future.
After this, he con-
ducted a surprise in-
spection of Vatika
Housing Scheme,
wherein, he instructed
the concerned officials
to speed up the work
and complete the con-
struction work in a
timely manner.
“The Board is ex-
tremely serious about
the quality of con-
struction works and is
using such construc-
tion material in its pro-
jects, which usually
people do not even use
in their homes. It is
mandatory for every
Engineer to install the
“RHB Sajag” app on
their respective mobile
phone, which has been
developed by the Hous-
ing Board for quality
check. Engineers have
to regularly inspect the
projects, share the pho-
tographs of construc-
tion work and upload
their comments. Due to
this, the quality moni-
toring of construction
works is possible at a
high level,” Arora said.

Jaipur: Constructing

far flung places where

people, but when ille-

capital, right under
the nose of the En-
forcement Wing of
the Jaipur Develop-

(JDA), it raises sev-
eral questions while
also posing a ‘chal-
lenge’ for the authori-
ties to take action
since by the time the
owner of such build-
ings would try to get
the construction le-
galised.
The recent matter
pertains of the ten
showrooms con-
structed opposite
Mansarover Metro
Station near Gopal-
pura Bypass. While
till few weeks back a
marriage garden was
functional here, now
there are ten show-
rooms and a few shops
in its place, and that
too with Zero Set-

the norms. In fact, the
work has been fin-
ished at such a pace
that few showrooms
have even been let out
while the shops, con-

showrooms, have also
become operational.
How can such ac-
tivity occur without
anyone noticing? So,
here is the catch:
Highly placed sourc-

This now raises an-
other question... Do
BJP’s former council-

be seen if UDH Minis-

wiped the tears and
shared the pain of those
families, during his
day-long visit to the
Bundi assembly con-

out to people at their
homes.
Birla was the first to
reach Talera among a
family that had lost
three of its members in

deaths, one after the
other, shook the family.
Birla consoled them
and assured that he
will stand by them
through thick and thin.
In village Daulada, Bir-
la consoled Ajit Nagar,
who lost his father,
Shambhulal Nagar to
Covid19.
Birla then visited the
residence of the de-
ceased Vijay Sharma,
who died dute to Coro-
na at Indra Colony and
expressed his condo-
lences and assured of
all possible support. “It
is our moral obligation
to support these fami-
lies. It was our endeav-
or to reach out to as
many families as pos-
sible, but due to lack of
information and time,
we could not reach out
to all, but we are with
them. We will try to ful-
fill all their needs,” the
Speaker said.
While moving to-
wards Khatkar village,
Birla met Divyang Ban-
wari and his spouse,
Mamta at a shop and
after knowing about
their problem to com-
mute, Birla asked them
to visit the Camp office
wherein, they would be
given tricycle.
Meanwhile, reacting to Joshi’s statements
sharply, BJP state president Satish Poonia said
that Congressmen might have remembered their
ancestors and hence raised the slogans. “When-
ever there was a struggle in the country, Congress
leaders played the role of fugitives. Today, the
Congressmen probably might have remembered
their ancestors and therefore raised the slogan,” he
said at the BJP headquarters. He said that Con-
gress leaders are touching a new low in politics in
the state. “No one becomes a fugitive because of
slogans. It is their frustration and guilt that is com-
ing to the fore. Earlier, there used to be ideological
fights in Rajasthan’s politics, but now the Congress
is touching a new low. The Congressmen know
that they are not going to retain power in the state,”
Poonia said, further adding, “ Delhi police has taken
cognizance, so they are afraid. Why is it that most
ED raids are conducted on Congress party mem-
bers? Why are their own lead-
ers a victim of CBI investiga-
tions? The culture of their
party is such. These are
people of the Emergency,
Jeep scam, Bofors scam
and Tandoor scam. They
are venting their frustra-
tion by raising slogans.
Perhaps they are trying to
prepare for 2023 by raising
these slogans since they will
never get a chance to say

he deepest and truest se-
crets of colour effect are

heart alone.” -By Jo-
hannes Itten
Everyone’s got their
days when they’re feeling down—
for me, it’s Friday, when I know
my week off is almost up, or my
favourite series is over. But do you
know there are colours to wear
when you’re feeling down, though,
that can improve your look?
I personally like the idea of red
dresses because it shows confi-
dence strength. Red is
an emotionally
charged colour as
it is the colour
of blood and
life. It is associ-
ated with pow-
er, vibrancy,
love, confi-
dence and pas-
sion. The col-
our can lift
your emo-
tions, bring
courage and
even spike
your blood pressure.
If you are in a sad
mood, red can give you
a surge of energy where
there is a lack. People who
lack confidence may choose the
colour red to help them have
an edge.
Want to get someone’s atten-
tion? Red is your colour! The col-
our red empowers and draws at-
tention toward the wearer. It’s also
strongly associated with romance
and passion, making it a perfect
date-night colour. It is indeed con-
sidered more attractive than other
colours and a study claims that
women wearing red rated more
attractive, then why not go with
red.
Whether you’re choosing lip-
stick or attire, don’t grab a dar-
ing hue unless you’re feeling
adventurous and
want to make a
statement. The
colour Red rep-
resents all
things em-
phatic – stop
signs, fire
trucks, Won-
der Wom-
an’s cos-
tume, Lou-
boutin’s shoe
sole, and our

City First brings to you the catchy...the sexy...the
dominant colour- Red. And how you can use it to
pep up your mood and conquer the world!

THE CREATININE
TREATMENT
even days of treat-
ment if the creati-
nine level is in-
creased due to co-
rona infection.
Creatinine is a
metabolic sub-
stance that breaks down
and turns into creatinine
while helping to convert
food into energy, although
your kidneys filter creati-
nine and remove it from
the blood, after which this
waste substance is re-
moved from the urine. It
goes out of the body along
with it, but some health-
related problems hinder
this function of the kidney
,
due to which creatinine is
not able to come out and its
level starts increasing in
the blood. There are many
ways in which you can re-
duce the increased creati-
nine level, for this you will
have to make changes in
diet and some changes in
lifestyle and take medicine
etc.
First, you should get a
Creatinine clearance test
(a type of test) done, which
shows how much creati-
nine is in your urine, the
amount of creatinine in
your blood should be less
and more in your urine
normal blood creatinine.
WHAT IS RENAL FAILURE
OR IMPAIRMENT
If your kidneys are dam-
aged, they cannot filter
creatinine out of your
body by glomerular filtra-
tion as they normally do.
FILTRATION
1At present, due to the
condition of corona or
other infection, sodium be-
ing taken in excess in the
body starts accumulating
fluid in the body and to the
level which is harmful to
health, due to which high
BP starts happening due to
both these reasons. Creati-
nine level may increase.
2Avoid the consumption
of all those food items
in which protein is availa-
ble in high quantity
.
3The creatinine ob-
tained through most
animal products is not so
harmful, but those who are
already suffering from this
problem should avoid tak-
ing it, save yourself from
red meat and processed
food - your diet Having an
excess of cooked meat can
also increase the amount
of Creatinine in your body
.
4Any type of distur-
bance in the thyroid
can affect the function of
your kidneys. Hypothy-
roidism can reduce your
kidney’s ability to filter
key-waste substances
smoothly
.
5When there is not
enough water in your
body, then the production
of urine also decreases, be-
cause creatinine comes out
of the body along with
urine, so it becomes diffi-
cult to get out of creatinine
when there is a lack of
urine.
6Increasing creatinine is
a sign of kidney diseas-
es, if it increases more,
regular dialysis of the kid-
ney has to be done, if still
there is no relief, then it is
possible to get a kidney
transplant done.
What to do? Remedy:
Along with micro acupres-
sure, take herbal remedies.
This use of neem acacia
and peepal is very effective
in increasing creatinine,
increased creatinine can
be correct in a week mate-
rials.
Neem tree bark, Peepal
tree bark, the bark of aca-
cia native tree. Heat 10
grams of neem bark, 10
grams of acacia bark and
10 grams of peepal bark in
three glasses of water, boil
it till it becomes half and
make a decoction, now you
divide this decoction into
3-4 parts a day and keep
consuming it.
PATIENT’S WORDS
My best friend Santosh
Sharma, his wife Indira
Sharma, aged 50, suddenly
had back and stomach
pain and urination
stopped, vomiting contin-
ued, the family members
thought it as a heat stroke.
It all happened on May 1,
2021. She was taken to hos-
pital..where, it was found
that creatinine has in-
creased, to 4.6. At the same
time, he decided to shift
the patient to a urology
specialist. And did dialy-
sis 2-3 times, now creati-
nine increased to 6. Sud-
denly the oxygen level de-
creased, after 4 days again
the patient was admitted
to another Hospital, made
all the efforts for 15 days
but after 5-6 dialysis Even
this level kept increasing
and reached till 9, the pa-
tient started to urinate, I
advised my friend that
there is a solution in Ayur-
veda, drink a decoction of
neem, peepal and acacia
bark twice a day for 2
weeks which worked ..got
the report done today 1.6
level has come. All neph-
rologists are surprised
that there are nectar medi-
cines in Ayurveda, I also
am happy, on June 22, 2021,
I told my staff that the re-
port of Santosh’s wife has
come right today the cre-
atinine level came to 1.6
from 9 and I have also
talked to the patient on the
phone.
You can also get com-
plete information from the
patient. Santosh Kumar
Sharma, Manager, Shyam
Baba Petrol Pump, Gad-
hmora, Karauli.
With this experiment,
the level of creatinine gets
settled in just seven to 15
days or it comes to a suffi-
cient level, along with mi-

In the batting depart- ment, Virat Kohli, the captain, in the first innings and to some extent Rishabh Pant in the sec- ond innings deserve mention. Their performances were not enough to see India emerge vic- torious. The bowlers were disap- pointing too, leading to ques- tions if Bhuvaneshwar Kumar and Siraj Ahmed would have made a difference. If Jasprit Bumrah’s form remains below par, India will have problems against England. True, the batting conditions favoured the Kiwis more but for a champion side this can’t be touted as the reason for poor showing. Will all this lead to an overhaul of the Test side? If changes do happen, players’ per- formance on green tops should be made a criterion. T arendra Modi’s first meeting with political leaders from Kashmir af- ter abrogation of Article 370 turned out to be a success with all the leaders freely airing their views and the prime minister giving them a patient hearing. This was the first such meeting after the abrogation of Arti- cle 370 and a long detention of almost the entire political leadership of Kashmir. The process to restart the demo- cratic process has raised hopes for a new dawn in Kashmir although, as was ex- pected, the demand for state- hood and restoration of Arti- cle 370 was raised. The posi- tive aspect of the meeting was that all the leaders were pleased with New Delhi’s out- reach effort to decide the fu- ture political course which includes early completion of the delimitation process fol- lowed by Assembly elections. Before leaving for the meet- ing Mehbooba Mufti, former Chief Minister of Kashmir, cited India’s talks with a Tali- banfactioninDohaforinclud- ing Pakistan in any initiative on the State. Fourteen politi- calleadersof differentparties from Jammu, Kashmir and LadakhparticipatedinThurs- day’s meeting. Pakistan, though, now has no role to play in the northern State In- dia is engaged in backstage talkswiththeneighbourprob- ably to discuss Afghanistan more than Kashmir. On Article 270 the Kash- miri leaders have to wait for the Supreme Court’s verdict while ensuring that the chan- nel of talks remains open. They also have to decide whether to participate in the delimitation process to nar- row the distance between Delhi and Kashmir. JK STEPS TOWARDS A NEW BEGINNING The process to restart the democratic process has raised hopes for a new dawn in Kashmir although, as was expected, the demand for statehood and restoration of Article 370 was raised N e often hear ‘first impression is the last impression’ and many swear by it. Though some disagree and so do I. Many do believe life offers ample opportunities to make an impression and name for oneself through repeated it- erations if one fails in one vocation by shifting focus and succeeding in something altogether different. Usually, such possibilities are plenty provided one perseveres. Inthelongjourneytowards ‘success’ people get a helping hand from their personal brand too. The essence of per- sonal branding has been suc- cinctly stated by Jeff Bezos in this quote: “Your brand is what people say about you whenyouarenotintheroom.” Metaphorically, the entire personal branding can hence be the duration you spend as you ‘enter the room’ creating a first impression and the moment you ‘leave the room’. It is during this available ‘im- pact slot’ that one leaves a personal aura behind for oth- ers to talk about. The term Personal Brand- ingfirstappearedinanarticle written by Tom Peters in 1997 and can be broadly defined as a continuous process to de- velop and nurture an individ- ual’s name employing multi- ple strategies to keep it aglow. If we do time travel, we learn that since ages the Japanese have believed in- dividuals own three faces: z The first, is shown to the world. z The second, is shown to close friends and family. z The third, one never shows to the world but usually remains the truest reflection of who one is! The personal brand that one knowingly builds is usu- ally borrowed from the first and second faces. It rarely touches the third one. There are quite a few famous autobi- ographies that were pub- lished posthumously, aston- ishingly revealing nuances of thethirdfaceof thoseauthors that the world never knew during their living days. Purists have noted that the brand ‘You’ comprises four elements that coalesce seamlessly to give each in- dividual uniqueness that sets one apart from others. These are: z How others see you (Your Reputation) z What sets you apart from others (Your acquired USPs) z What makes you ‘You’ (Your Inherent Qualities) z How you want others to see you (Your target Image) Personal Branding is a con- tinuous process to achieve a distinguishing ‘mark’ that is created around your name. You use this ‘mark’ to express and communicate your natu- ral skills (inherent qualities), acquiredexpertise(USPs),val- ues you bring to the table (rep- utation), and personality thus formed therefrom (image). Before arriving at a deci- sion to establish a personal brand three pertinent ques- tions need to be convinc- ingly answered. They are: z Why? (The purpose to have a personal brand) z To help one stand out from the crowd. z It could be a door opener leading to future opportuni- ties, often unexpected. z A strong personal brand imparts advanced informa- tion to the audience and their keenness to engage increases. z It helps to build one’s reputation thereby boosting confidence manifold. z How? (The process to create a personal brand) z Building one’s brand is a continuous Work-In-Pro- gress (WIP). In this VUCA world, to position oneself uniquely vis-à-vis competi- tion, consistent augmenta- tion is needed both on skill sets and image. z Share your expertise gradu- ally. Build the momentum and generate interest amongst your target audi- ence proportionately. z If needed, employ the ‘trial and error’ method. Exhibit different traits of one’s per- sonality. See what clicks and works best but while doing so be true ‘you’. z Keep exploring till one discovers the sweet spot. Don’t hesitate to do course correction, learn and re-align the navigation as needed to ultimately arrive at the ‘final product’. z Make meaningful conversa- tion as you build the brand’s structure. Don’t just add to the noise or repeat what’s been already stated. z What? (The benefits to ac- crue from owning a strong personal brand) z Powerful personal brand helps one to grab larger mindshare resulting in faster recognition amongst peers. z Adds heft. z Helps to turbocharge one’s career and attract opportuni- ties from beyond the visible horizon. z Offers networking opportuni- ties with industry stalwarts. Having established a per- sonal brand that often takes years to make, just like any other property , one needs to be extremely protective to safe- guard it: a) from rivals who could make sly attempts to tar- nishthebrandandb)toprotect it from slippages due to indi- vidualoversightornegligence. Building a personal brand should be of interest to both rookies as well as seasoned professionals. Continuous moulding and adding facets should be an everlasting pas- sion. One should never be- come complacent and stop growing. At the end let’s recollect a small anecdote: While draw- ing a sketch Michelangelo, considered the greatest Re- naissance artist of his age, scribbled “ancora imparo” meaning “I am still learning” at the age of 87 – buttresses the fact why his name (read personal brand) has re- mained immortal even after 500 odd years. JPC/010/2019-21 Shivendra Parmar Jaipur: After taking a state-level review meet- ing regarding quality control on Wednesday, Rajasthan Housing Board Commissioner, Pawan Arora has now decided to conduct sur- prise inspections of all the important projects under construction in entire Rajasthan. Un- der this, the Commis- sioner, along with the higher officials on Thursday, conducted a surprise inspection of the housing scheme be- ing developed at Niwai town in Tonk district and the residential scheme being devel- oped at Vatika in Jaipur. In addition, he sent Chief Engineer, Additional Chief Engi- neer and Deputy Hous- ing Commissioner lev- el officers at other sites to take stock of the work progress. RHB Commissioner Arora while inspecting the projects, said that the Board is serious about the quality of its construction works and expressed satisfaction over the progress of the work going on at the Ni- wai Housing Scheme and also appreciated the quality of construc- tion. He directed offi- cials to plant a large number of saplings during the upcoming monsoon season. He further instructed them to chalk out a plan regarding the commer- cial land available un- dert the scheme, fur- ther adding that plots to develop huge show- rooms would be auc- tioned here in the near future. After this, he con- ducted a surprise in- spection of Vatika Housing Scheme, wherein, he instructed the concerned officials to speed up the work and complete the con- struction work in a timely manner. “The Board is ex- tremely serious about the quality of con- struction works and is using such construc- tion material in its pro- jects, which usually people do not even use in their homes. It is mandatory for every Engineer to install the “RHB Sajag” app on their respective mobile phone, which has been developed by the Hous- ing Board for quality check. Engineers have to regularly inspect the projects, share the pho- tographs of construc- tion work and upload their comments. Due to this, the quality moni- toring of construction works is possible at a high level,” Arora said. The recent matter pertains of the ten showrooms con- structed opposite Mansarover Metro Station near Gopal- pura Bypass. While till few weeks back a marriage garden was functional here, now there are ten show- rooms and a few shops in its place, and that too with Zero Set- backs, going against the norms. In fact, the work has been fin- ished at such a pace that few showrooms have even been let out while the shops, con- structed behind the showrooms, have also become operational. He said that Con- gress leaders are touching a new low in politics in the state. “No one becomes a fugitive because of slogans. It is their frustration and guilt that is com- ing to the fore. Why is it that most ED raids are conducted on Congress party mem- bers? Why are their own lead- ers a victim of CBI investiga- tions? The culture of their party is such. These are people of the Emergency, Jeep scam, Bofors scam and Tandoor scam. They are venting their frustra- tion by raising slogans. But do you know there are colours to wear when you’re feeling down, though, that can improve your look? I personally like the idea of red dresses because it shows confi- dence strength. Red is an emotionally charged colour as it is the colour of blood and life. It is associ- ated with pow- er, vibrancy, love, confi- dence and pas- sion. The col- our can lift your emo- tions, bring courage and even spike your blood pressure. If you are in a sad mood, red can give you a surge of energy where there is a lack. People who lack confidence may choose the colour red to help them have an edge. Want to get someone’s atten- tion? Red is your colour! The col- our red empowers and draws at- tention toward the wearer. It’s also strongly associated with romance and passion, making it a perfect date-night colour. It is indeed con- sidered more attractive than other colours and a study claims that women wearing red rated more attractive, then why not go with red. Whether you’re choosing lip- stick or attire, don’t grab a dar- ing hue unless you’re feeling adventurous and want to make a statement. YOUR DAY Horoscope by Saurabbh Sachdeva THE CREATININE TREATMENT even days of treat- ment if the creati- nine level is in- creased due to co- rona infection. Creatinine is a metabolic sub- stance that breaks down and turns into creatinine while helping to convert food into energy, although your kidneys filter creati- nine and remove it from the blood, after which this waste substance is re- moved from the urine. It goes out of the body along with it, but some health- related problems hinder this function of the kidney , due to which creatinine is not able to come out and its level starts increasing in the blood. There are many ways in which you can re- duce the increased creati- nine level, for this you will have to make changes in diet and some changes in lifestyle and take medicine etc. First, you should get a Creatinine clearance test (a type of test) done, which shows how much creati- nine is in your urine, the amount of creatinine in your blood should be less and more in your urine normal blood creatinine. WHAT IS RENAL FAILURE OR IMPAIRMENT If your kidneys are dam- aged, they cannot filter creatinine out of your body by glomerular filtra- tion as they normally do. FILTRATION 1At present, due to the condition of corona or other infection, sodium be- ing taken in excess in the body starts accumulating fluid in the body and to the level which is harmful to health, due to which high BP starts happening due to both these reasons. Creati- nine level may increase. 2Avoid the consumption of all those food items in which protein is availa- ble in high quantity . 3The creatinine ob- tained through most animal products is not so harmful, but those who are already suffering from this problem should avoid tak- ing it, save yourself from red meat and processed food - your diet Having an excess of cooked meat can also increase the amount of Creatinine in your body . 4Any type of distur- bance in the thyroid can affect the function of your kidneys. Hypothy- roidism can reduce your kidney’s ability to filter key-waste substances smoothly . 5When there is not enough water in your body, then the production of urine also decreases, be- cause creatinine comes out of the body along with urine, so it becomes diffi- cult to get out of creatinine when there is a lack of urine. 6Increasing creatinine is a sign of kidney diseas- es, if it increases more, regular dialysis of the kid- ney has to be done, if still there is no relief, then it is possible to get a kidney transplant done. What to do? Remedy: Along with micro acupres- sure, take herbal remedies. This use of neem acacia and peepal is very effective in increasing creatinine, increased creatinine can be correct in a week mate- rials. Neem tree bark, Peepal tree bark, the bark of aca- cia native tree. Heat 10 grams of neem bark, 10 grams of acacia bark and 10 grams of peepal bark in three glasses of water, boil it till it becomes half and make a decoction, now you divide this decoction into 3-4 parts a day and keep consuming it. PATIENT’S WORDS My best friend Santosh Sharma, his wife Indira Sharma, aged 50, suddenly had back and stomach pain and urination stopped, vomiting contin- ued, the family members thought it as a heat stroke. It all happened on May 1, 2021. She was taken to hos- pital..where, it was found that creatinine has in- creased, to 4.6. At the same time, he decided to shift the patient to a urology specialist. And did dialy- sis 2-3 times, now creati- nine increased to 6. Sud- denly the oxygen level de- creased, after 4 days again the patient was admitted to another Hospital, made all the efforts for 15 days but after 5-6 dialysis Even this level kept increasing and reached till 9, the pa- tient started to urinate, I advised my friend that there is a solution in Ayur- veda, drink a decoction of neem, peepal and acacia bark twice a day for 2 weeks which worked ..got the report done today 1.6 level has come. All neph- rologists are surprised that there are nectar medi- cines in Ayurveda, I also am happy, on June 22, 2021, I told my staff that the re- port of Santosh’s wife has come right today the cre- atinine level came to 1.6 from 9 and I have also talked to the patient on the phone.
