3. VPE responsibilities…The Club Meeting
Before meetings:
Manage Agendas
Assist Toastmaster of the Day (TOD) in preparing for the meeting
Schedule Educational sessions, including the Successful Club series
During meetings:
Greet guests
Aid TOD by verifying members with roles
Making sure members get educational credits during meetings and complete
educational tracks/awards
4. VPE responsibilities… Outside The Club
Meeting
Outside Club meeting:
Orient and encourage new members to participate, i.e. assign mentors
Plan Club meetings
Attend Club executive club meetings, district council meetings, and vote at
international business meetings
Prepare a successor
6. Fayola’s VPE Goals for 2015-2016
1. Aid everyone in having a strategic plan to reach their professional and
personal goals within the year
2. Making our club a President’s Distinguished Club
3. Making our club the BEST in the District
4. HAVING FUN!!!
7. Educational Committees
New Member Orientation Committee
Objective: To make sure that all new members are properly oriented to the
Toastmasters programs and experience. This will be done as each person is registered
as a member of our club.
Mentor/Mentee Committee
Objective: To make sure each member that wants to be a Mentor is identified as well
as that EVERY new member is assigned a mentor for the first three speeches. This helps
them to not have to start this journey alone. In addition, veteran members who are
seeking guidance along their journey.

Educational Awards Committee
Objective: To maintain the progress of each member as per their goals and pace to
complete the educational awards.
