Presentation Letter
I’m a positive and enthusiastic Executive, today, Management Consultant, whose background is in
international ICT products & services, applied to multiple sectors and to various business environments: TLC,
Defence,…, Advanced Tertiary Sector. Master Degree in Electronic Engineering, Bioengineering & Anthropoids
Robotics PhD.
I started working 30 years ago (during my studies at University) in ICT, as Professor of Computer
Science, Electronic, Automatic Controls, then Scientific Coordinator for the Clinic San Martino of Genoa.
As I got my degree (06/’90), System Test Engineer for IBM U.S. in California, then Project Manager,
Brand Manager, Business Development Manager and Sales Manger. Since the last 15 years, I’ve been covered
senior level positions achieving excellent results.
My last work experience as employee, (Executive: 2001 – 2003), has been for ArrayComm Int. Inc, an
American high tech company where I covered a double position: Global Account Executive, then Solicitor
acting as General Manager of the Italian Branch Office, based in Genoa.
My activity consisted of setting-up, managing and developing the Italian Branch-Office, as well as, the joint-
venture Project/Contract with Marconi Mobile Access Spa (an ArrayComm Inc. Shareholder for a 10% ).
When, the project were been completed, as Solicitor, I’ve finalized all activities to close the Italian Branch
also from the legal point of view.
Since April 2004 I’ve been working as Management Consultant and as Professor of Computer Science,
(acting as Temporary Manager, “learning & producing in a very short time” ) in the role of System Test Engineer
Program/Project Manager, Risk Manager, Sales & Business Development Manager, Human Resources Consultant.
Ø I’ve learned how to develop Projects, Business Plans, how to manage Investments, Human Resources &
Sales Contracts & Networks (Agents…),… how to apply Communications & Negotiation strategies

Shareholder for a 10% ). When, the project were been completed, as Solicitor, I’ve finalized all activities to close the Italian Branch also from the legal point of view.
