Role and Responsibilities (IMPORTS for AIR FRANCE)-
 Receiving all the AWB’s from the incoming flight and make sure tallied with the
manifest.
 Segregation the AWB’s flight wise doing the documentation part as well the system
entries
for import shipments AWB’s such as shipper, consignee details, charges, nature of
goods.
 Raising all kind of discrepancies in the systemsuch FDAW, MSAW, DGD, HAWB etc...
 Monitor all incoming shipments on Palicon system.
 Create flight manifest copies of incoming flight for Customs, MIAL (Airport Handling
Authority), OMEGA (Loaders) and for airline.
 Cross check and obtain documents from flight after arrival.
 Doing flight check with MIAL (Airport Authority).
 Update in system if any missing or excess cargo/document is found.
 Creating flight report for every flight.
 Sending cargo arrival notificationtothe consignee.
