DIY Change is about building your team’s capacity to lead change itself. In this hands-on workshop, ExperiencePoint will share simple and practical approaches to raising your team's change game, drawn from 20 years of successes (and of course, mistakes) on the cutting edge of change. The adage “change done to us” vs. “change done by us” applies just as much to developing our own change capabilities as it does to involving others in the projects that affect them. Each of us understands our world better than anyone else and we own the outcome when we’re involved. Heavier on the 'know how’ of change than the ‘know what’ of change, participants will learn on-the-ground techniques and mindsets, as well as have an opportunity to consolidate insights from earlier change management workshops in the conference, and will leave the session with actionable commitments for the following two weeks.
