I enjoy the irony of my last name being ‘Sana’, which also means ‘Health’ in Latin. As coincidence would have it, I have a background in healthcare: from having started a foundation in human centred care, running leadership programmes for healthcare professionals, and having the experience of being one of the first ‘chief compassionate officers’ in a healthcare institute. After having lived the entrepreneurial life for some years, I decided I wanted to have more impact with the work I was doing.
