 Created an inventory system for a million-dollar parts inventory which improved the speed and
accuracy of tracking project costs
 Assigned and recorded part numbers and locations and coordinated these with the headquarters’
database

compliance with state regulations in which the company has Nexus
 Acted as a lead person during four audits of the company by various Department of Revenue
offices and IRS
 Researched health insurance market to find the “best-fit” plan for employees of the company
 Established work order system to promote communication between the US sales and service
departments
 Opened an information exchange channel between the US office and the headquarters in
Germany in order to update the central database to reflect the upgrades made to the US sales
orders
 Saved time and money by finding local suppliers for the parts being imported from Europe. This
resulted in approximate savings of 25% on international shipping costs and the price of the parts
 Independently prepared an analysis and cost comparison of locally manufactured accessory parts
versus imported ones. This helped the General Manager determine the most cost effective option
for the company.
