stream according to QOS standard.
PROJECT-2: A Data Link Protocol for Performance Improvement of Packet Processing in 3GPP2
Network (2002-2003)
 Proposed new algorithm which is called Small SDL and it reduces half of original processor
loads. For the large traffic packets, this can reduce 45% CPU for transmit compressed video
packet to client in 3GPP wireless network
 Enrolled the paper at the JCCI 2003(Joint Conference on Communications & Information) and
applied for a patent.
 The result of the algorithm is adapted by SAMSUNG IP VDSL VOD server system in IP
Network.

The establishment is essential not optional.
Companies are promoting the development and acquisition of technology-based start-up company as the
level of survival and growth. University encourages entrepreneurship in order to develop human resources
needed by the business and society. Thus entrepreneurship is a trend that is becoming mandatory not
optional.
But what about the reality of the start-up company? Founded will of the college or professional
commitment for employment rather than entrepreneurship is very low situation, social and institutional
environment to promote and foster entrepreneurship are not very favorable. In fact, the rate of survival
after start-up is often very low, gloomy announcement. Samsung, LG, Hyundai Motors, Apple, Microsoft,
GM, etc., but also departure from the establishment of a global company, recently, has been hard to find
these same companies in the country. It is the responsibility of the solutions rather than turning to the
government's entrepreneurship policy, financial support from institutions such as the external
environment, try to find entrepreneurs that capacity.
No start-up will strive for the best expertise (Technology) for the field you want to founder doomed to
failure because the business. The second capability is to be equipped founder of the business strategy,
marketing, production management, human resources management, to pursue efficiency and rationality in
various fields such as finance management the ability to make a profit (Management). The third item you
should have a start-up founders competencies, business models, marketing plans, operational plans,
including production, we must have the creativity (Creativity) and others that can make a difference in
every other area.
In conclusion, the founder must be well prepared to enhance entrepreneurship by fusing Technology ×
Management × Creativity and entrepreneurship skills.

Companies are promoting the development and acquisition of technology-based start-up company as the level of survival and growth. University encourages entrepreneurship in order to develop human resources needed by the business and society. Thus entrepreneurship is a trend that is becoming mandatory not optional. But what about the reality of the start-up company? Founded will of the college or professional commitment for employment rather than entrepreneurship is very low situation, social and institutional environment to promote and foster entrepreneurship are not very favorable. In fact, the rate of survival after start-up is often very low, gloomy announcement.
