Good use of information but perhaps a bit of colour is needed.

Very welcoming with plenty of good information, this would be necessary for a welcome letter.

Very well laid out, a bit confusing at first but then becomes understandable.

Not too much information which is good but perhaps some colour would also be appreciated.

The information is good because it explains what conference will be happening along with the
times and the speakers.

The information is spaced out and easy to read. Having it in sections is also a good idea.

Letter?
There are no images on the agenda form so perhaps a few would be necessary and maybe a few
more for the welcome letter.

Very stylish and makes the forms look rather professional.

A nice idea to have “Boa Tarde” at the start but I advise that you do not use too much foreign
aspects as it might be confusing for some.
10. What is your overall view on the products?
My overall view is that you have explained all major points in good detail with as little information
as possible which helps prevent readers from becoming too confusing.
