The information in the welcome letter could have more directions and details of the conference
and the conference room.

Picture on the welcome letter could be more iconic although the Toshiba logo in the corner is
useful.

Italic font is difficult to read although the rest is of a good business ethos.

No cultured aspects on the agenda form although the image representing the culture in the
