6. LMS buildout & startup
• Act as Technical lead with Vendor to define needs and buildout
• Work with internal teams to understand structure and needs for all stakeholders
• Work with Vendor to schedule system build
• Develop leaning plan, group, role, & certification strategy with Business team and implement into LMS
• Work with internal team to build out pages and learning plans per needs of stakeholders
• Work with internal IT to provide integration points
• Work with internal team to upload user training history into system
• Provide support on Go Live
• Answer technical questions as it relates to the buildout.
7. System Administration
• Work with your teams and business units to support your training needs
• Provide day to day support of the LMS as required
• Provide upgrade and new feature support
• Work with Business teams to identify appropriate training
• Work with Business teams to develop learning plans
• Interface with vendor to deal with issues and new features
• Provide support on new feature integrations

• Work with the Business to understand what the goals are for a L&D business for the organization
• Build business plan with team
• Provide industry standards for L&D businesses
• Provide product roadmap and approach to the business
• Develop value propositions for both the business and their customers
• Work with Marketing team to build collateral
• Work with the sales team to show approach and how to do market penetration
• Provide general business support
