components of yoga are
postures and breathing.
It is a great way to
increase your positive
emotions and balance in
the body.

high blood pressure, heart
disease, aches and pains,
depression and stress.
Flexibility
Yoga will improve your
flexibility and help you
go beyond your normal
range of movement,
which makes performing
your daily activities
easier. The most
important is you need to
be able to get up and
down from the floor.
