There are endless options for yoga
poses. They can be categorised by
difficulty. You can find most of the
poses from the internet, magazines and
even books.
Here are some poses for you to try out.
Good luck!
There are a few basic things you will need
for yoga:
1) Yoga mats can vary by thickness, size
and even colour.
2) Towel is very important for sanitary
reasons. Always carry it around!
3)Yoga clothing is important for comfort.
 Increased Flexibility
 Increased Strength
 Improved Balance
 Increased Stamina
 Improved Body Alignment
(reduces joint pain)
 Mental Benefits of Yoga
