TOPICS DISCUSSED:
1. Next meetings dates. All dates are now confirmed.
- Radomsko coordination meeting: 5th (evening meal) -7th
October 2016.
- LTTA Cardiff. 27th November (evening meal) - 2nd
December 2016.

During the meeting the Polish team provides information about suitable airports
(Katowice or Warsaw + taxi, train or bus transfer...option to hire a car.) and
accommodation (they suggest us to stay at option number 1 - Hotel Zodiac).
Wales also informs us that accommodation prices are high in Cardiff so we
should book in advance. The Welsh team also comments which airports are
best to arrive (Cardiff -few flights-, Bristol or London + Bus connection)

2. Activities. We agree to do the following activities.
o Activity A6 (Teachers). Workshop about compassion. Following
Dr. Roisin Joyce presentation.
o Activity A7 (students). Naming Emotions (Gingerman Template).
Resultant activity from Jen observation class. We can use the
same template given during the activity.
o Activity A8 (Teachers): Introduction to Zen + Yoga + Pilates.
o Activity A9. (Students). Mindful Movements. Introduce
mindfulness lessons in one class minimum. Follow-up activity after
Brenda’s class in Galway.
o Activity A10 (teachers). Making a cream.
o Activity A11 (Students). Card game “Mama Bia”. Each school will
prepare at least one set of cards similar to the one we used and
got in Galway.
o Activity A21. Work life wheel. On a circle graph students will
represent how they spend a “normal” 24 hour-day. Once the graph
is finished it will be easier to see how much time they sleep, play,
study, etc… We will upload the results on drive + website.
o Activity A22. Book with traditional games. Each school will
prepare a minimum of 3 traditional games. Each game will be
explained in one document. They will be saved in PDF format and
uploaded in Drive (a folder has been created already) by the 10th
June. After that and electronic booklet will be created using
ISSUEE or similar.
o Activity A23. Creating a document with 1 day meals organisation.
We will be using a template document similar to one used in
Galway. Students will add the times they eat along the day, and
what type of food they have. Deadline 10th June.
o Activity A24. Creating Mental games. Students from each school
will create a variety of mental games (scrabbles, word-puzzles,
word seach,...). Each school will select and bring to exchange in

Radomsko a minimum of 3. Each game will be on a A4 format,
and ready to be gathered as a booklet.
o Activity A34. Cooking book + video recording. Each school will
elaborate traditional recipes. Students at home will prepare and
record them (connection project-family). The recipes and the
videos will be shared in Wales. [It would be interesting is we could
provide a starter, main course and dessert, so we could prepare a
full menu from each country… that wasn’t commented during the
meeting...just an idea]
3. Website: All school have a look at the different websites. We need to keep
updated both the main website (www.erasmusplushappens.com) and
Twinspace. We have created an account for twitter (common username and
password) as another way of showing all our work and it is connected to the
main website. Keeping these sites updated is very important as it will be
essential for the different project evaluations / reports. It is important to spread
our postings so they don’t have the same date and to comment posts from other
schools (we can encourage students to do that at home). Italy hasn’t uploaded
any of their work yet because they had some problems with the access to
wordpress, this has been fixed and they will upload all their work from October
before June.
4. Evaluation. Last information about first year report stated that to most
countries the report deadline will be around 15th July. Non of us, except Italy
who has to have their report ready next month, have received any link or official
information.
5. Other information and comments.
o It is commented that it will be interesting that during each meeting
the hosting school would take pictures of the different activities
and actions (as it happened in Galway). As they would be aware
of all the activities and all the photos will be uploaded easier and
faster afterwards.

o 3 participants in LTTA Athens didn’t submit the evaluation
form. It is important that coordinators at each school check and
confirm that all participants do that as it is very important.
o It is reminded that all documents should be uploaded in the
correct site so we all have access to them (picasa, drive,
slideshare, vimeo, etc).
o It is introduced the website www.gonoodle.com. We all agree to
start using it and maybe to do a common action later in the
project.
