-Assessment criteria: Finally we decided that each country will try to send the results of a group that they decide in
Mathematics and English at the end of June 2016 and June 2017. The information about this point has to be sent as soon
as possible.
We will use it to do the study of the quantitative results and the coordinator team will prepare a document with rubrics to do
the qualitative study of results. These rubrics must include items about motivation and the project effects in the relationship
between the students and between the students and teachers. (I NEED TO MAKE AN IDEA OF THIS POINT. All of us can
give an idea of it to help the coordinator).
All the partners have to do all the worksheet about the Scratch activities to complete the Teacher’s Guide. (Workshop at 4
to create worksheets mixing countries or not).
We decided to make at least 5 worksheets. (Have a look at the activities planning in Google docs).

Email accounts for students should be created. Some countries have to ask for parents’ permission.
The number of students that are going to participate in this activity is not the same in each country.

It is suggested to try to pair students by their English level, in three levels. Also we decided to match the students after
skype activities.

We reminded that in Portugal we decided to do some activities where children have to use it. How to classify

-Mobile phones (are not allowed in the German school) Mobiles should be off during the activities.
-Contact with parents: depends on the country.
-Nuts free school: take care with presents (kinder bueno, etc with nuts).
-Meals at shool: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Cost: 5 euros per day.
-What to bring: 2 lego wedo (Poland, Greece, Spain), 1 Sweden.

-Work on the presentation games in every country so that children know how to play

18. Big project with lego wedo 2.0
We will create a big city with the contribution of every country.
We will have 12 lego wedo for 25 students.
Sweden will do an elevator and barrier to stop the traffic.
Poland will do a touristic bus and funicular.

20. Multilingual dictionary
-Categories aren’t enough to classify all the words and expressions.
-We have to think of new expressions to complete the dictionary.
We decide to order the sentences in a more useful way so we specified the categories of the sections for the Multilingual
Dictionary. They are:
· Small talks (quick conversations)
· Food and drink.
· Help directions.
· Difficult language: expressions to ask someone to clarify something is not clear or you didn’t hear enough.
· Time and dates
· Shopping
· Emergencies
