1. Freesound was the resource
which we used to gather the
sound from our opening
sequence. We were able to
browse the website in order to
legally download music to fit our
genre of film.
We used Final Cut Pro regularly
during the making and editing of our
opening sequence. I was not familiar
with the use of Final Cut pro
beforehandtherefore I found it fairly
difficult at the beginning however
nearer to the end I had a better
understanding nearer to the end.
YouTube
helped a lot
during our
sequence. We
used it mainly
for research
and to upload
our final
sequences.
Mahara was
a resource
which we
used in
order to
write about
our work.
We wrote a
lot about
the making
process and
evaluating
on Mahara.
Pearl andDean wasthe website whichwe usedtofindthe information
aboutthe type of target audience whichSplitwouldappealto.Thiswas
an importantpart inthe researchas we neededtoknow whomy film
wouldappeal to.We comparedthe target audience ratingstothe
remake of “Carrie”.

found it difficult

then meant it

on our shared
computer.
