5. Final product
The final production of my magazine advert follows the colour
scheme and design layout as my Digipak. I did this to have the
whole production have continuity and so the target audience
can tell it’s the same artist.
I also took a screen shot of the front cover to advertise the
single that’s out now. This is a technique I have seen many
magazines and posters do and thought it would be a good
idea and make the magazine article more realistic.
I have included an image of El-con also on the magazine so
the target audience can distinguish between the two
artists. I have once again used the border around the photo
as I have used it on the production of my Digipak.
I made the name of the song
blue to make it stand out
more. It is the same blue I have used throughout and
also the same font.

I put the two artists’ name on the top of the page to create a sky runner. I used this
technique to allow the artists’ name to be the first thing the target audience see. I
also underlined it twice to make it more bold and visible.
The final production of my magazine advert although slightly different to my original
idea turned out pretty well. As a result of following the colour scheme the whole
design of the Digipak and magazine advert all blend in together and makes it easy to
tell that it’s the same artist.
I think the whole production of my magazine looks professional and stands out. I have
followed the usual features of a magazine advert which helped it to stand out, this
incudes the title at the top, the main picture being the main artist and main story in
big writing.
