2. Based on the newest Microsoft technology – AX2012, following the
newest trends in IT, allowing you to simplify your logistical and trading
daily operations, characterized by user friendly interface and ease of use
is what makes it an exceptional product.
DycoTrade serves as a single tool to manage all of the processes crucial to commodity
trading: physical, foreign currency and future trading. The logistics module within
DycoTrade allows you to manage your company’s logistical activities smartly and easily
while offering comprehensive and complex functionalities at the same time.
• Physical trade module - allows users to enter physical sales and purchase orders in currency of user’s choice; physical
trading module has a built in commission contract function which allows to determine the amount of commission to be
paid to the third party as a remuneration for the closed deal.
• Futures module – exchange market module allows to hedge your open position against commodity futures to minimize
your risk efficiently; futures are purchased or sold (depending on the open position ratio: long or short position); futures
can be purchased or sold in order to hedge them with physical contracts or just for speculative proposes to generate profit.
• Forex module – foreign exchange module allows closing deals with banks regarding foreign exchange rate fixing for a
certain amount of currency for a given time; these contracts can be allocated to physical commodity orders to minimize foreign
currency risk.
The three modules described above intersect on multiple levels meaning that the physical order might be linked to multiple
futures and forex contracts all with the view to minimize the risk and secure the open position against possible loss in value
due to the market fluctuations.
The value of your open contracts (un-hedged contracts) is determined based on the current mark to market prices. In this way
the price or value of a security, portfolio or account is recorded to reflect its current market value rather than its book value.
Logistics module – supports transportation function:
• inbound transportation – incoming orders for purchases
• outbound transportation – outgoing orders for sales
• back-to-back transportation – direct delivery from the supplier
to the customer; inventory status is afloat

Smart trade - Actual Position Analysis
makes clever trading easy
Instant, accurate information on financial position and
inventory status including not yet shipped, in-transit,
on-hand and sold (but not yet delivered) commodities,
as well as their net status. Position reports by time
period displayed by product classification, open
contracts and commitments. Analysis includes physical
mark-to-market including estimated costs, market
differentials, price spreads and multiple currencies.
All contracts are daily re-evaluated against current
market prices - mark-to-market valuation is performed.
Contracts can be matched (purchase-to-sales) on a lot-
by-lot basis, a quota basis, or a contract basis. These
allocations can be performed on one-to-one basis,
one-to-many or many to-one.
Traders Dashboard – One overview
DycoTrade Traders dashboard is the ultimate tool
serving as a true personal trading-cockpit where
all essential information such as for example
open positions, un-hedged contracts and currency
fluctuations are displayed in one overview. This
overview will equip every trader with the most recent

Full control over your product related
costs – efficiency and effectiveness
Would you like to have a continuous access to the
information regarding your margin per sales order,
purchase order or even per delivery line? Would you
like to view your profit and loss accounts by company,
division, commodity, product, trader or contract?
DycoTrade, characterized by its transparency and ease
of extracting crucial information within a few mouse
clicks, will provide you with all that and more. In the
logistic file all costs such as freight, customs, insurance,
banking costs and other miscellaneous charges are
registered. Based on these costs the pre-calculated
profit can be determined and later compared with the
actuals. Reporting is possible in any unit of measure or
currency and can be printed, displayed on the screen
or sent to a spreadsheet.
Manage the specifications
of your products
Within DycoTrade you will be able to register complex
commodities’ specifications and product versions.
Multiple versions and the possibility of assigning
them to the related price elements with variable
details regarding your product specification, is what
DycoTrade offers.

4. Maximum Currency Risk Management
Tracking forex contracts with the banks functionality is available.
Exchange rates are recorded daily, and can be recalculated on a
monthly or time period specific basis. Match your currency risks
with your individual sales and purchase contracts or roll these up in
the Cash flow (currency) report and cover your risks periodically.
Invoicing Tools offer flexibility and
no administrative burden
Purchase and Sales Contracts support Back-to-Back, Inventory and Forward contracts.
Products may be bought or sold in any unit of measure, quantity or currency with
automated conversions between these differing units. Establish contracts with
deliveries within user defined periods of time. Allow partial delivery of materials,
multiple shipments under a single purchase or sales contract and track outstanding
unshipped balances. Commission entitlements for purchase or sales contracts are
registered within the module’s parameters preventing users from following time
consuming administrative procedures.

Valuation of your outstanding contracts
Would you like to know what the value of your
contracts revalued against the market is on a daily
basis? Would you be interested in generating an
unrealized P/L? DycoTrade provides this essential
information incorporating the following factors:
• Price based on QP, expected quantity and pricing
formula
• Market value of payable element based on delivery
period and returnable quantity
• Escalations and participations based on price or
quality
Mark-to-Market of
Un-priced Contracts
Quantities that have been provisionally invoiced but
not priced will continue to be marked-to-market.
The expected contract value is based on pricing terms
versus the liquidation price. Expense accruals are also
reflected in the mark-to-market based on trader’s and
logistic estimations.
Futures Options Hedging
Trades on futures exchanges may be entered on a daily
basis. It is possible to calculate broker’s commissions
on either fixed or percentage basis. Calculating both
original and variation margins where applicable is
supported as well. Also matching futures or options
hedges with underlying physical contracts is possible.
Multilevel risk hierarchy provides selectable risk
position analysis for both realized and un-realized
profit/loss accounts together with associated valuation
reports.

6. Direct insight into your transports
Once a purchase or sale has been entered into DycoTrade it immediately becomes
available to the Logistics/Operations department to create product movements.
Proper setup of workflow rules enables timely generation of shipping documents.
Shipments can be found based on shipping marks or container number. No more
endless searching - all relevant transportation data is available at any moment.
Time and money saver -
easy shipment document printing
DycoTrade generates all key logistics documents and their templates, including
Shipping Instructions, Shipping Advice, Customs Declaration, Sample Orders, Delivery
Orders, Pro forma and Final Invoices. You are in total charge of these flexible
documents and most importantly you can amend their contents at any moment
before printing.

Valuation of your outstanding contracts
DycoTrade is user friendly and compatible with all of
the Microsoft Office products. It has a Microsoft Office
user interface as well. It offers the necessary levels of

on contracts from their confirmation (booking of
the contract) through delivery, pricing and cash
settlement.
